Domino's Pizza - Seaford — Restaurant in Lewes

This evening my self and my wife ordered two pizzas and cookies, i collected from the store as it always takes an hour for delivery (we live 10min walk away). He came back with both pizzas completely wrong, toppings i can not have was in my pizza for a start. We contacted seaford dominos and they took are order again and told us we had to give everything back even cookies, that's fine. The pizza came after half an hour and the first bite was horrible. Both pizzas are under cooked and the pizza base sauce was awful. So we have my pizza sitting here, waisted of money. I'm so annoyed, i phoned back and said what was wrong that one topping was ment to be double and they said it was ( it wasn't ) and it was under cooked he crossly said ITS FINE, he put us thought to the person who made the pizza and lied being really rude then pass is to the manager who then said he made it and told us we are never aloud to order pizzas from dominoes again because we complained and said we are not aloud any money back from the waisted pizza that i couldn't eat.. this has been the worst experience we have ever had from a restaurant all this because they made our pizzas wrong and we...

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to order a pizza and receive a lifeless, stone-cold disc of disappointment, give Domino’s Seaford a try. Mine arrived colder than my ex’s heart — genuinely impressive. I called to complain and was assured it would be resent right away. Fast-forward 45 minutes… still nothing.

So I call again and speak to “David” — though unless “David” recently relocated from a Mumbai call centre, I suspect that’s not quite accurate. Apparently, he just forgot. Like actually forgot. The one thing they had to do.

I then asked for a refund, which he said would be processed. Still waiting. Maybe they’re sending it by carrier pigeon? On foot? In reverse?

Here’s the deal: you’ve got until tomorrow to refund me. After that, I’ll be dropping something in front of your windows — don’t worry, it’ll be just as cold and unwanted as your pizza.

It’s such a shame my self and my family of 6 has always loved Domino’s but since moving to Seaford it’s awful, we get it burnt or undercooked never in the middle and every tine we order we have wrong toppings or missing toppings. I’m allergic to tomatoes and a lot of times I insisted please no tomato sauce I want bbq and they send it with tomato sauce by the time I drive it down (after being refused a new one sent out) my family’s are cold. I was out off big time so didn’t order for a few months and then yesterday when we ordered it was burned and cold. Stuff wouldn’t pick the phone up and I didn’t get any new pizza or refund.
