The atmosphere at Coffee #1 is welcoming and cozy. The interior design is modern and stylish, with comfortable seating and ample natural lighting. It's a great place to relax, do some personal admin, read a book, or catch up with friends. It's also family friendly. Service: The service is friendly and efficient. The staff greets you warmly and takes your order promptly. The service is also quick, and you don't have to wait long for your food or drink to arrive. The only thing is, there always seems to be dirty dishes on tables, it seems there's never enough staff to clear the tables so it often piles up on the windowsills. Saying that, once they have a moment to breathe, they try to collect as many dishes as possible. Food and Drink: The coffee is high quality, and they offer a variety of blends to choose from. The pastries and cakes are also delicious, with a good selection of vegan and gluten-free options. The sandwiches are tasty and filling, although the options are somewhat limited. Price: Average Coffee pricing but not as ridiculous as Starbucks. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming, the service is friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks are delicious. While the options are somewhat limited, the prices are reasonable and the quality is high. I enjoy going there and will continue to do so.

When we walked into the cafe, it was bustling with customers. However, the staff was quick to attend to us and took our order in no time. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast they served us, considering how busy it was. The seasonal drinks we ordered were delicious and tasted like they were freshly made with high-quality ingredients. The flavours were unique and perfectly complemented the cosy atmosphere of the cafe. Speaking of which, the cafe was warm and inviting, with a clean and tidy environment. It was evident that the staff took pride in their work and kept the place well-maintained. As dog owners, we were happy to see that the cafe was dog-friendly, and the staff even offered our furry friends a bowl of water. Overall, it was a great experience, and we left feeling satisfied and happy with our visit.

First time customer. Found at the top end of town. Coffee has a good roasted flavour. The Toasted Teacakes are like small plates( got to be at least 7 inches diameter), Seems like a popular place. Cakes and Sandwiches look Appetising. Pleasantly Surprised. But I do have mixed reviews on the multiple times I've visited. From below Average to Good. Slow service, not enough butter, Croissant over warmed. Toast slices seem to be getting smaller. 19/2/23 Five years on, and I'm afraid it's a lot worse. Obnoxious Staff. Loud plate clattering by a disgruntled staff member, enough to give me a headache. 2 coffees and 1 teaspoon and 1 stick of sugar. What is going on? Will someone please explain to me. Coffee#1 in Stafford Town Centre is a million times better than the Lichfield store. This is my last visit.

We went to Coffee#1 in Lichfield today for lunch Kane & Dan were brilliant Kane’s recommendations on the caramel shortbread cake was fantastic. Dan made. First class flat white We have been here a few times in the past and are always really happy with the service. Today was no exception. There were some beautiful doggies in that my daughter loved looking at

We had a great tea break. Staff was welcoming and the vibe was very relaxed. As we were mourning the passing of our dear friend John - peacefully lying in the back on the picture - we could not have found a better place to reminisce the fond memories of our adventures together while enjoying a great drink. Thank you!
