The atmosphere at Coffee #1 is welcoming and cozy. The interior design is modern and stylish, with comfortable seating and ample natural lighting. It's a great place to relax, do some personal admin, read a book, or catch up with friends. It's also family friendly. Service: The service is friendly and efficient. The staff greets you warmly and takes your order promptly. The service is also quick, and you don't have to wait long for your food or drink to arrive. The only thing is, there always seems to be dirty dishes on tables, it seems there's never enough staff to clear the tables so it often piles up on the windowsills. Saying that, once they have a moment to breathe, they try to collect as many dishes as possible. Food and Drink: The coffee is high quality, and they offer a variety of blends to choose from. The pastries and cakes are also delicious, with a good selection of vegan and gluten-free options. The sandwiches are tasty and filling, although the options are somewhat limited. Price: Average Coffee pricing but not as ridiculous as Starbucks. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming, the service is friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks are delicious. While the options are somewhat limited, the prices are reasonable and the quality is high. I enjoy going there and will continue to do so.

When we walked into the cafe, it was bustling with customers. However, the staff was quick to attend to us and took our order in no time. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast they served us, considering how busy it was. The seasonal drinks we ordered were delicious and tasted like they were freshly made with high-quality ingredients. The flavours were unique and perfectly complemented the cosy atmosphere of the cafe. Speaking of which, the cafe was warm and inviting, with a clean and tidy environment. It was evident that the staff took pride in their work and kept the place well-maintained. As dog owners, we were happy to see that the cafe was dog-friendly, and the staff even offered our furry friends a bowl of water. Overall, it was a great experience, and we left feeling satisfied and happy with our visit.

First time customer. Found at the top end of town. Coffee has a good roasted flavour. The Toasted Teacakes are like small plates( got to be at least 7 inches diameter), Seems like a popular place. Cakes and Sandwiches look Appetising. Pleasantly Surprised. But I do have mixed reviews on the multiple times I've visited. From below Average to Good. Slow service, not enough butter, Croissant over warmed. Toast slices seem to be getting smaller. 19/2/23 Five years on, and I'm afraid it's a lot worse. Obnoxious Staff. Loud plate clattering by a disgruntled staff member, enough to give me a headache. 2 coffees and 1 teaspoon and 1 stick of sugar. What is going on? Will someone please explain to me. Coffee#1 in Stafford Town Centre is a million times better than the Lichfield store. This is my last visit.

Visited here a couple of times now as the staff make me want to come back not just the coffee.

The staff are LOVELY! fouldnt be more professional or nice. They are a credit to this place. The coffee is also exceptionally good. Reason for 3 stars on food is that I've had cake the times I've been and it's just obviously defrosted. The cake is lovely tastes nice but it's not soft/moist. I know that's hard to do with a defrosted cake but it's not had chance to get to room temp taking away the softness.

I also find that this cafe has a lot more older visitors and each time I've been I've had some people impatiently wait for my table to be free whilst I was getting myself and 2 year old sorted. They put their tray on the table and just stared at me...there were other empty tables. Also as I've left someone barged past me to get in. I know this isn't the fault of the staff or company but it is good to know the kind of clientele. Maybe it's just those couple of times but it's the...

So, i am a frequent visitor of this place and find the best customer service, amazing staff, and they do vegan options in case i fancy food also. But vegan options are limited and my usual drink is rather murdered by the lack of how quick its made. I love this place and although i will no doubt continue to reccommend this place. Please if you make mochas, stir the chocolate powder with a small amount of hot milk beforehand. I don't like seeing about two spoonfulls of chocolate sludge at the bottom of my mug. Besides from that id maybe only reccomend to ask customers if theyd like a receipt or loyalty card because it doesnt mentioned nearly enough that you have a loyalty system! Honestly though guys everything else is TIP TOP. also the manager at this place is amazing. Friendly. Polite. Always remembers me and never seizes to speak to people to ensure absolute...
