Domino's Pizza - Lichfield — Restaurant in Lichfield

Really, really bad service. I have order a pizza deal, been told that it will be with me within 30minutes, its been more then 2 hours now. After an hour I called them they told me its on its way, 20 min later I called again, 20min in massive traffic you can drive in whole Lichfield back and forth. "Sorry we forgot about your order, we put it now on"

Kevin! You absolute star! Our order was delivered wrong accidentally - we're all human, mistakes happen. I phoned and how Kevin dealt with the situation was second to none, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Always good. I've never had a bad pizza here. Used to love the personal pizzas, but a bit pricey for the size (that's all Domino's, not just this one tbf). Good collection only deals.
