The bouncers here are a disgrace. My friend lost a very expensive coat because a bouncer wouldn't let him go back in to get it - despite paying £5 to get in originally and it being 2 and a half hours before closing time. He still had the stamp on his hand as proof. He tried to explain to the bouncer he just wanted to get his coat in a civilised manner and that he could come with him if he wish but was told to come back for it the next day. A girl then walks out then asks to go back in to look for her coat and he lets her in. My friend went back the next day and his coat wasn't there.

This isn't the first example of bad behaviour from bouncers. I've heard them say "too much c**k in here" whilst queueing up and then allow the girls in our party in but not the boys - naturally the girls refused to come in without us and we went elsewhere.

The drinks are very pricy in here too. Ridiculously so compared to the rest of Lichfield. We paid £11 - £12 for a round of 2 drinks when else where we were paying £6 - 7.50, always less than £9. These places also had...

Literally just walked into walkabout. Its advertised as a sports bar, and with two staff drinking at the bar the waitress was more occupied with her work colleagues and greeted my partner with attitude when we asked to have LIVE sport on. To which her response was my managers upstairs, with no regard to getting the manager to changing the channel?? She persisted again that her manager wasthe only one who could change the channel. And after i took a swig of my drink she started whispering to the collegues about my partnet DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF US. rude staff and terrible customer service. Sort out your attitude from your staff! I would actually give this a no star rating if it was possible We been going to this bar for several years always reasonably impressed.but this visit was extremely poor. There was only half a dozen people in the bar, yet the wait to order and get our food was unacceptable, my husband had to go to the pass and ask if there was Any chance of service art the bar, as there was no one around, and again tutti see how long our food would be, half an hour after ordering. On several occasions there was no staff in the bar/ restaurant area. Our food was unacceptable. Some was over cooked and some was under cooked. Lacked flavour.
