Visited this establishment on Sunday. It was raining and our little chihuahuas where getting wet. I checked to see if dogs where allowed as a lot of places do nowadays. No signage so in we went. My wife went and ordered a cappuccino and a mac flurry. I sat down and was about to check my phone when a rude woman said half way across the store (no dogs allowed!) I responded with there's no signs saying that on the door. She wasll adamant there was, I said no there isn't. She stormed off . Next appeared another employee and said no dogs allowed. I said again no signage and wife as ordered, she then appeared with our order. The employee went outside and checked and returned and said again no dogs allowed. I responded by saying and is there a sign? No he replied but still no dogs allowed. I said I want a full refund. Of he trotted to fetch another employee. This time it was the assist manager, she was very apologetic and said sorry but no dogs allowed. She apologised for the lack of signage and took the icecream and cappuccino and binned it. We did get a refund. This was quite a embarrassing situation for us and I will certainly not step foot in macdonald's again.. It was dirty and not...

Read moreCame to the store with a friend this afternoon food was good and ordering was easy through the touch screen ordering machine , however when leaving we were approached by a member of staff as good as telling us we had to complete this survey we really didn't want to do this we both just wanted to leave then we were telling us how to answer the questions which we thought was dishonest by telling us to put excellent on everything and she also got a receipt from a card payment that was not ours most likely out of the bin , we felt harassed she them went on to tell us that she wanted to show us something on her phone and told us to wait at this point we had been finished with our meals around 10 minutes we felt so uncomfortable we left the store as quickly as we could before she came back with her phone overall we feel this was unprofessional and harassment we hope that this matter is dealt with accordingly by the manager who we have spoken to after...
