McDonald's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Food quality is usually cold or mildly warm I’d say out of ten orders you’ll get a hot meal three times. Get what you ordered two out of ten times!!! Staff seem to work very hard but it’s a manager issue at this branch. I have to go here every day as I deliver their food and get no end of complaints from customers not happy with the SEALED bags of food! Had a parking penalty here three years ago from UKPC who still threaten me with court action I only stayed 4 minutes over the 90 and I was there for work related issues and buying products from this branch throughout that time! Asked the manager to sort it out just gave me a email that I wrote too and no common courtesy to even reply! I’ve never been to a branch either where you have sometimes 5 managers at front customer service wandering around like zombies. Some of these managers also seem to spend more time drinking coffee and having a smoke outside when their staff are working full shift’s daily. Sooo not the best experience. Was traveling back from Lincoln to Manchester at 19.30.

this and was hungry and figured avoid the services get some food to go. There was a small queue at the drive through but they usually go down quick.

No so, queue too a good while and once your in it your trapped like most drive through. So settling in I finally go to the disembodied voice to order. Large BIG MAC meal please.

Bare in mind 19.30 on a Monday. "Sorry we don't have any big macs". That should have been a clue right there.

Finally got to the window paid got my food and was out a 15 minute ish experience. I hit the road and grab a cheeseburger to barely warm, dry at the edges. Fries soggy and barely any heat.

I Ordered today, through drive through and the lady on the other end just seem like she didn't want to be there, I felt like I was just bothering her, also I can't remember last time I had nice chips, I used to work for maccys ten year ago and boy has it changed, used to taste soo much better, they reduced there menu as basic as it was in the first place, saving grace that it's cheap I suppose, where the delis gone and the menu with variety, constantly ask for sauce which we pay for and most of time just don't get it, the drinks need more syrup so you can actually taste them, large cup are the same as medium, same with the fries, mcrispy isn't nice need more filling instead of just lettuce and two squirt of sauce, it's dull boring used to be an expieriance going to maccys now I just dread it but still have hope stupidly, finally do you even season your patties anymore or salt your fries cause thats a games changer least you...
