Poor Poor Poor! Shocking customer service.
Lady on front desk welcomed us which was very good. Very polite. Taken to table. No issues. Then a young man came to explain the “Process” how they would take us to the salad bar etc. No issue with that fully understand the need to manage hygiene in the current climate but process!
When the young man came to take our order he said “he’d noticed we were ordering from the same set 3 course set Menu and asked if we would be having deserts. I explained that we were undecided which one we would have until we had eaten our mains. The young man then said I I’d rather take your dessert order now to which I explained that he would have to wait until we are ready to decide. After 5 minutes I popped over to see him to ask if we could get our salads now to which he replied that he would come and get us when he was ready!
I should also add he was training a young lady up what a shame she had to see such a poor demonstration of customer service.

Read moreMyself and three others came in today for a birthday treat and all started off great. Started off with a lovely member of staff who took us to our table and seated us. We ordered 4 meals from the small plates section, two flatbread with Cajun chicken, and a flatbread with steak, two Mac and cheese's and two garlic breads. We asked for all the food to come at once but the four small plates came first and the mains alot later. Did ask about this and was told the tablet did not send this detail to the main computer which I found odd but accepted that as all good so far. The steak flatbread came and i had asked for medium to well and it came close to rare so asked for it to be cooked more, then two chicken flatbreads came but one was Cajun the other plain goujons so was told my daughter would have to wait for the other Cajun to be cooked so she had to sit with no food for another 15minutes. It came and sadly the chicken didn't look cooked correctly and was chewy and pink and just not right so she didn't eat anything. I didn't finished the steak as it still was pretty bloody and it put me off tbh and was fatty also. The gentleman who was serving us was lovely and did take it the two mains from our bill. The staff were all lovely but I felt they had been very busy as alot of tables we still uncleared and they could have done with more staff on the floor at this time. Over all was a bit disappointing but as I say the gentleman server was kind and understanding. It was a shame as this was our first time visiting...
Read moreCome here a few times in the past. And I'm afraid this is my last visit, and will be unsubcribing from any emails from harvester in the future. My garlic bread was burnt, which was basically 2 bits of bread stuck to each other for £5! I asked for another one, as it wasn't to a satisfactory standard at all. They then from what I couldn't believe either bought out the same one, and scraped off the burnt bits. Or managed to burn it again. Garlic bread is not supposed to crunch when you bite into it. The refillable drinks were not working, and last of all the ribs were poor quality., overcooked and basically charcoaled to the bone. The chips were even just plain, no taste to them at all. Really cheap quality chips if I'm honest. I had to cover them with coleslaw from the unlimited salad bar just to give them a little taste. The corn on the cob was also not to a good quality, it did not look juicy like they should, it looked like a plastic toy. The ribs were not refunded, they were just giving us 25% off which was the discount code which we came in with, and the pint my friend bought with it, was just taken off as apparently the main meal couldn't be refunded for some reason. Staff were lovely, but I'm afraid the food was not to any eating standard tonight at all. Will not be returning again. Last we was waiting for the bill to be sorted for about 15 minutes.
