This was my first visit to this restaurant, squeezed in just before my train home. I was hoping for no queues and quick service, and luckily, neither the place nor the servers disappointed. I had a full rack of ribs with a side of chips, and the service from Emma and Karla was great. My food arrived quickly, and I was happy with the generous portion size. My order came with unlimited access to the salad bar, though, unfortunately, my stomach’s capacity isn't as unlimited! I managed only a small bowl of salad. The ribs were beautifully browned, fresh, and juicy, while the chips were just as flavourful. I'd purchased free refills of diet coke, though, with such a hearty main dish, there wasn’t much room for multiple rounds. Next time, I’ll bring my friend! It was a 9/10 dining experience – a full 10/10 if the chef decides to make a cameo. :P P.S. I'm not a photographer, these photos don't do the dish justice.

Come here a few times in the past. And I'm afraid this is my last visit, and will be unsubcribing from any emails from harvester in the future. My garlic bread was burnt, which was basically 2 bits of bread stuck to each other for £5! I asked for another one, as it wasn't to a satisfactory standard at all. They then from what I couldn't believe either bought out the same one, and scraped off the burnt bits. Or managed to burn it again. Garlic bread is not supposed to crunch when you bite into it. The refillable drinks were not working, and last of all the ribs were poor quality., overcooked and basically charcoaled to the bone. The chips were even just plain, no taste to them at all. Really cheap quality chips if I'm honest. I had to cover them with coleslaw from the unlimited salad bar just to give them a little taste. The corn on the cob was also not to a good quality, it did not look juicy like they should, it looked like a plastic toy. The ribs were not refunded, they were just giving us 25% off which was the discount code which we came in with, and the pint my friend bought with it, was just taken off as apparently the main meal couldn't be refunded for some reason. Staff were lovely, but I'm afraid the food was not to any eating standard tonight at all. Will not be returning again. Last we was waiting for the bill to be sorted for about 15 minutes. We went up to ask to settle the bill. Also may I add it was not busy tonight at all, so there was no excuse for the food to be poor quality.

Mixed bag here. I thought the bottomless fizzy drinks were reasonable value and the salad bar was good, including very nice bread rolls. My first disappointment was when you could only get one flavour of each type of drink. I mentioned this to the waitress, who checked that all the syrups were connected underneath (they were) and informed me that they were expecting an engineer some time. I don't think she even apologised. When the meals arrived, I was surprised at the differences between plates. My daughter had 10 oz steak with almost no fat. I had one that was about 40% fat. I took a pic of what was left after I cut the fat off but forgot to take one of the pile of fat. My rare steak was rare but very chewy, like a poor quality cut. My daughter ordered medium but it was more like well done. My younger daughter ordered a child's steak medium rare and that came rare. My onion nest was delicious, my son-in-law's was like raw batter inside. Even the peas were different. Most were pale and tasted like water but one portion was vivid green and tasty (see pics). Kid's Sunday Best desert was ice cream with a bit of sauce, some of which was already melted. We were very pushed for time, with two large families gathered, so I didn't want to make a fuss and then have to wait for replacements. When the waitress came for our plates, I showed her the huge pile of fat from my steak and she just said "I can only apologise," and left. We won't be going again.

I use harvester restaurants frequently with no complaints, however the Lincoln outlet was so poor for my birthday treat I feel it best to give constructive feedback. Change your steak supplier, and train your kitchen staff. Twice our sweetcorn was replaced but overcooked mush each time. Salad bar dried food... steak full of gristle so left 50% of it. Not cooked right either. Medium should not leave blood on your plate. The blue cheese sauce was in the smallest dish ever, dry and tastless, so we left that. The service staff was polite and efficient, but he went home half way through I meal. We complained to the manager who gave us 20% off our bill as they acknowledged what we had left on our plates. A birthday treat left us never wanting to return as paying the money we did was far more than what we had eaten. They said they had staff training issues, but customers should not be paying for their mistakes. We all have to learn, but who was supervising? Very very dissatisfied, so I hope this feedback helps improving that venue.

The service we received was excellent from Brit, who served us our breakfasts. She was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean, well organised for social distancing and had a really chilled vibe. The vegan breakfast is really good value for the price, however, I thought it was a little mismatched. The mushrooms and guacamole could’ve been a separate dish to choose from and they could create more of a “Full English breakfast” by adding more mushrooms, and other vegan options - even if it was extra hash browns, vegan sausages etc. That being said, I really enjoyed the guacamole, it was so tasty and had lots of seasoning which was great. The vegan sausages they use are quite nice too! It looked a little sparse, but it was a very filling breakfast. You also get toast with this as a side (not shown in my photo). All in all, a cheap, friendly place to grab a quick breakfast!

Terrible!! I had a hugely disappointing experience with Harvester Restaurant on Uber Eats. The delivery was delayed by over 2 hours and the order wasn't prepared when the drivers arrived. We placed an order at 12:50 expecting a quick delivery as I live just 15 minutes away from the restaurant. The system stated 35 minutes which sounded reasonable. However, the delivery time kept changing every 10-15 minutes, causing unnecessary delays and wasted time. Multiple drivers arrived at the restaurant, only to find out my order wasn't ready. Eventually, the restaurant canceled my order at 15:09, blaming the drivers. No explanation was given, just a generic message. What a waste of fuel and energy…!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually, the restaurant canceled my order without any explanation. It's important for Harvester to improve their service before advertising on Uber Eats. Disappointing experience!
