Aladdin Arabian Food — Restaurant in Liverpool

(12 April 2024 around 17:45 ) Today was my the first time to visit this restaurant and will be the last day i will never ever came back and I'm just giving this tip to other people to be aware, the service I've received was really bad i wasn't happy at all i felt bad and i tried to come out thousands time but i decided to see and till the end, so i ordered my oder at the counter and there was a man was very rude unprofessional special when he was talking the oder from me was ignored me and I've got shocked and i went to sit and I've been waiting more than 30 minutes while my food was ready on the table then one of the girls came to me and she took it my oder again with in 2 minutes she came back and gave me my food I don't know why that guy doing that things to the customers maybe the management don't know his attitude but anyway shame on him, again I'm gonna say thank you for all girls how they really quickly help me they were very nice friendly and...

We went twice to this. We went for dinner and then lunch the next day. The atmosphere is nice and everything looks nice and clean.

For dinner they didn't have half of the menu. We finally ordered something they had and it was great. We had meat with rice. The meat wasn't 100% as it was rib so was full of bones and fat. Overall it was ok and better than nothing.

For lunch we got Fahsah which was nice but the waiter forgot to ask us for bread. And they gave us the starter after they gave us the main menu.

The menu prices were not the same as the actual prices. They said the meat has increased and thus the process increased but they hadn't changed the menu.

The staff were great and nice but they should definitely change the menu.

Would recommend only if you're desperate for...

This restaurant is a real gem! The food was absolutely impeccable – every dish was bursting with fresh flavours, expertly prepared and their portions are huge. The service was equally outstanding; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcome. While the food and service were top-notch, the ambiance could use a little improvement.
