⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience — never coming back

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at any restaurant before. The woman working there was unbelievably rude from the moment we walked in. Instead of greeting us or offering any kind of basic courtesy, she acted like we were an inconvenience. When we asked simple questions about the menu, she responded with pure attitude and zero professionalism.

The waffles themselves were nothing special — soggy, bland, and definitely not worth the price. But honestly, the horrible customer service ruined the whole experience. It’s hard to enjoy your food when you’re being disrespected.

I ordered from Uber Eats, and the majority of the order didn’t come, I tried to contact directly to the dessert place, but there are no ways to contact and resolve problems. No way to call the restaurant, Google messages do not work and no way to contact through Uber eats. The complete lack of customer support is not a pleasant experience.
