Had a lovely break in Liverpool with my partner and after some consideration considering the choice of eateries in Liverpool, we settled on this Brazilian restaurant. It did not disappoint! The place was very clean and the lighting gave a lovely ambiance to the whole room. The staff were attentive and pleasant. And then there was the food! Oh my word! It's a set price for the food so you can eat as much as you like. And I did! You are given a small disc which is green on one side and red on the other. Place it face up on the table on the green side and the meat will keep on coming. When you need a break or you are full, turn it to the red side. First they bring a menu for you to pick your side dishes. These range from deep fried polenta, coleslaw, deep fried banana (weirdly nice!) fries, cheesy dough balls and loads of other stuff. Then comes the meat. The staff bring it round on huge skewers which they slice off for you at your table. And it keeps on coming. Lamb. Steak of so many different flavours and cuts of meat. Chicken wrapped in bacon. Sausages. You can also choose between medium and well done steak which was a must for me as I don't like pink in my meat. And it was all delicious! I didn't so much walk out of the restaurant as rolled out! And then just when you think you will never eat again you are presented with warm cinammon pineapple. It was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant for the friendly staff, the ambiance, the cleanliness and most of all the food. If I'm ever back in Liverpool it will be my one stop place for a delicious meal!

Came for a stag party, and this was one of the few places that we made reservations for in advance as we'd heard lots of great things! We weren't let down at all as the food was fantastic, unfortunately I wasn't in any position to take photos as I was too busy enjoying all the great flavours! We started off with a couple of cocktails, my personal favourite was the rockstar, which comes with a lit passion fruit for that bit of showmanship. It's recommended you get four sides with the meat, however it may be a struggle getting through them all with the amount of meat you get! Id recommended getting a couple of light sides and one heavy one. Although I didn't have it, my friends really recommended the stew side. Periodically someone would come round and offer up some more meat, don't be put off by the chicken hearts, they were probably my favourite and are incredibly delicious. The meat was cooked perfectly, one gentleman asked if we wanted the meat to go back to be slightly more cooked as it was rare. Incredibly glad I accepted it as rare as that was the nicest piece of rare steak I've had in a long time! Highly recommend Bem Brasil if you're looking for a dining experience that's a bit different!

Our first experience at Bem Brasil, will definitely be back! We went a couple of weeks ago for a meal before going to see a show at the Empire Theatre. It was easy to find, considering we don't know Liverpool very well. We booked in for first dinner service at 5.15pm thinking it will probably be really busy but it was surprisingly quite the opposite. I'm guessing it gets busy later on. The ambiance was lovely, the gentleman who greeted us at the door (sorry I forgot your name!) was very informative and welcoming. The food. So it's recommended to order four sides each which we did. All of them tasted nice and accompanied the meat well. I've honestly never eaten so much meat in my life, and it looked, smelled and tasted super fresh and perfectly cooked. Just wish I could have indulged in a few of their beautifully sounding cocktails but I was driving. We really enjoyed it for our date night, was a nice treat, and would definitely recommend. Sidenote: I didn't take any photos of the food because it came thick and fast and I completely forgot to!

It was Christmas Day, Bem Brasil Liverpool had a Christmas Menu (unlimited meat, sides, glass of fizz and free desert) for a very reasonable price of £49.75 per person a great deal, or so we thought.

The 2 of us arrived right on time and were seated in a corner of the restaurant which seemed ideal until later.

Drinks order taken along with sides, all arrived well (with the exception of the fizz that never did arrive). The meat and sides started to come, fairly constant service of good quality meat.

You have a 90 minute allocated time to eat as much as humanly possible, we became full around 60 minutes and began trying to gain attention from the waiting staff for the desert menu (which was included), 3 times we were promised a desert menu and 3 times and 30 minutes later no menu appeared just staff bypassing us each time. It occurs to me now that sitting that far away was a recipe for disaster, as the staff circulated they were being caught by other customers before getting to us and prioritising the larger tables (typical) so we were missed out every time. We decided to forgo the free desert and leave, upon doing so we were informed that the desert menu wasn't being given out and they would recite it to me (at the till heading out) and we could return to our table to receive it (when, who knows), we declined and requested the bill for a second time. Upon inspection of the bill an optional service charge had been added, in the order of 10%, having not received the best service (or indeed any for a prolonged period) this was requested to be removed, sparking a shocked look and a huff from the staff member who was forced to go and locate a manager to fulfil this request. Another prolonged wait this time stood at the bar to ensure the staff did in fact return. The manager came over very apologetic, removed the service charge and complimented a small proportion of the bill (drinks), very appreciative of this although it did little to make up for a completely ruined experience. Bem Brasil has gone from one of my favourite restaurants to one of my most detested.

I shall not be returning after being a loyal customer for around 6 years, will miss the food only...

Dissatisfaction with the service my partner and I experienced at the Liverpool location on 8th July. During our visit, we encountered behavior from staff that was both unprofessional, deeply concerning and sexist.

From the moment we were served, it became apparent that one of our waiter was ignoring me, a female customer, and directing all communication solely toward my male partner. Despite my attempts to engage, the waiter only acknowledged my partner, which made me feel undervalued and disrespected.

I decided to bring this issue to the attention of one of your waitresses, who kindly agreed to speak with the manager on our behalf. However, when the manager arrived at our table, I was shocked to find that he, too, only addressed my partner, completely ignoring me, even though I was the one who had raised the complaint. To add to the disappointment, the manager offered drinks on the house to my partner, further disregarding me in the process.

It was only after my partner explicitly pointed out that the manager should be apologizing to me that the manager finally looked at me and made a half-hearted gesture to apologize. This response was inadequate and did not address the core issue of the disrespectful and sexist behavior displayed by the staff.

Additionally, the manager made several excuses for the server's behavior and even resorted to a few lies, further undermining the seriousness of the situation and our concerns. This type of response is entirely unacceptable and suggests a lack of proper training and awareness among your staff about respectful and inclusive customer service.

I look forward to...
