Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Liverpool

I have been to the Tesco here plenty of times and had never went to the Costa here so thought I'd see what it was like after shopping. There's a variety of coffee and teas on offer as well as cakes and biscuits which were tempting to buy but decided not to.. I chose to have their green tea which tasted basic, and thought the price of it was a little expensive but nonetheless you could get away with using the same tea-bag twice like I did it so depends on your interpretation. Luv Costa! Coffee and flat whites are my favourite, and the innocence apple juice is delicious, so my brother said, but they could do with offering alternatives to their food range, I'm not into biscuits, calorie laden cakes, they don't do gluten free sandwiches, and why don't they offer fresh fruit? Not enough staff to clean the tables, the staff do their best but there is only so much 2 people can physically do, I feel sorry for them. Still the same months later, 😔 still plenty of dirty tables 😳

Update 2025: what a difference a few months make, credit where it's due this Costa now has spotlessly clean tables and more staff. The staff are great and friendly and we go in at least once a week after our Tesco shop. 10...
