Domino's Pizza - Liverpool - Belle Vale — Restaurant in Liverpool

Driver forgot the drink i ordered, the cookies were smushed together in the box like they had been thrown around and i ordered extra meatballs on the pizza, there was about 4 on the entire pizza. I usually love ordering from dominos but this was a disappointing experience. As im getting to the end of this review the driver has just come back and banged on the door to give me the drink... I had put on the delivery instructions to call me as everyone is sleeping so now at 23:25 my 2 year old daughter has been woken...

My pizza was undercooked and I payed alot of money for this . I phoned up the store and I asked for my pizza to be cooked longer because they always undercook them . And the staff member told me no and my pizza looks like a cold sloppy mess. I want a refund an he told me no . This happens alot . They can't cook . This will be the last time me going to dominos. I will order from popper jhons from now on . Customer service is terrible with dominos no refund but a soggy pizza like...

Told to wait 5 minutes before I could order. Waited more than that then told I'd have to wait another few minutes. Eventually took my order when he could see I was getting fed up. Came back for order and was ignored until finally handing my order off a shelf and pizza was barely warm. Had to put in oven to get warm when I got home. Don't go and order in storr or you'll get the same poor...
