Domino's Pizza - Liverpool - London Road — Restaurant in Liverpool

Will be taking this branch to the small claims court. Never received a refund for an order in March, they keep telling me they processed the order. I have 3 months of bank statements and PayPal transactions that proves they didn’t. I have just stupidly placed another order with this store as it’s the only one that delivers to my area. Order was processed, email confirmation received and money already taken out my bank. 1 hour later no order arrived, rang the branch and they told me there is no order for this number, I told them I have the email open right now that shows me the order confirmation. I was told to ring customer services and the number is in the app. Ended the call and checked the app, couldn’t find the number so rang back. I then said I don’t understand how there is no order as I have the confirmation, I was told they don’t deliver to this postcode now it’s blocked due to many complaints. So basically I have 2 kids absolutely starving and staff who don’t give care. I didn’t receive any confirmation that my order was cancelled or they don’t deliver here. Disgusting communication and customer service. I was told a refund will be processed but I’m not holding my breath. More evidence for my small claims anyway. Ridiculous, unhelp staff and a joke of a branch! AVOID...

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If I could rate this 0 stars i would! this place needs to be taken under new management, the service is appalling! we ordered last night we waited hours for the food.. it never arrived. Phoned the store numerous times (at least 6!) finally got in contact, the staff were rude and I was told my food is out for delivery and should arrive in the next 5 minutes. This was the same story for the next 2 times I contacted them (when they finally answered the phone)over another hour period.. as my food had still not arrived over 2 HOURS LATER! By this time we wasn't even hungry anymore, contacted the store for a refund as we'd not received the food, he was rude, arrogant and didn't even apologise! he refused to give us the refund at first but after being on the phone to him for 10 minutes we finally got the refund! All in all this was the final straw as this was our go to dominoes branch despite the long waiting time to receive the food, we will NEVER be ordering from this store again while it is under this management. I urge anyone to avoid...

We decided to order food from this place and they weren’t doing collection so we delivered…worst decision of our lives

The order was made at 12:15AM and arrived at 1:15AM…it gets worse

The food was not only cold but on top of that we received the wrong order. We had ordered a Ranch BBQ Pizza (BBQ sauce, chicken breast strips, pepperoni, ground beef, bacon) however we were surprised with a Pizza with Ham & Sweetcorn that we didn’t order (pictures provided)

I will never order from here again, I should’ve read the countless amounts of other negative reviews. This place has poor service, we paid £35 and received the wrong order, cold pizza, no sauces and WAITED 1 HOUR FOR IT.

If I could give this place a 0 Star Review I would, what makes this whole situation worse is that THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.

We tried calling the restaurant & the delivery driver many times but no one was answering. I’ve contacted Domino’s to try and compensate me for this as this is the worst experience I’ve had...
