Freddy's Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Liverpool

I telephoned the shop to place an order for delivery, this itself was hard work as they did not understand my order and kept getting it wrong. I'd asked to pay over the phone with card which I did with no problems, or so I thought. The order then took 50 minutes to be delivered and when the delivery man turned up he said I hadn't paid. I explained I'd paid on the phone by card, he told me to ring the shop to which I said he should ring as it's not my mistake. He did and they confirmed I had already paid for the order. After finally sitting down to eat, I then got a phonecall 20 minutes later saying my payment hadn't gone through. I said why wasn't that noticed before and got met with a very rude and abrupt man who just wasn't listening to me. He kept shouting 'declined' down the phone so I told i want to see the receipt that says it had been declined on as when the delivery man had said it had been taken fine. This is a horrid food place to order from. The staff there including the manager has a terrible attitude and speaks to their customers horribly! We ordered 2 meals from here and we also ordered 2 donuts, but because the delivery driver forgot to bring change he had to give us a little more money back. Our order came to over £10 but under £12 and he decided to deduct the donuts from our order because of his mistake and we payed with £15 and he took £10. They have no respect for their customers as they slammed the change down in to my hand because he was annoyed we didn't have the correct amount of money! As we was eating our food one of us found a hair and fingernail in our food! They are rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful! I would advice people not to order from this place! After ordering for years from this place at the normal rate, I still accepted the price increase even tho they are the only ones on our street increasing it. I live just under 1min walking distance away from them (jut couldn’t collect as I’m not feeling well)and I’ve been now charged £3 for delivery(usually 1£) Is not only about the £2 , it’s about the treatment for loyal customers and that on Deliveroo the total was 8£, so is cheaper to order from a place than call them straight away?? What is this ?? Not a long time ago a 14inch pizza with drinks and chips was 11£ now I just paid 10£ for a 9inch one with fries and a can… As good as your pizza is, I’m afraid you just lost a regular customer for this, also the fact that the delivery guy told me “yes £3 for delivery look here is the receipt and I had to come to you” like it was at the other end or Liverpool…....
