Greggs — Restaurant in Liverpool

I have been buying from this Greggs regularly and thought the staff were nice until I got distrespected by a member of them and the manager didn't even apologise. I walked in and stood at the till. There was a lady busy at the back and chatting and then another customer walked in and lined next to me further away from the till near the pasties( the line is sideways). The lady came and apologised looking at him as he shouted to her for a coffee. She saw I was at the till but still went to prepare his coffee so I said I came first she ignored me and even processed his payment ! I said again that I came first how come is that and asked to speak to the manager. The manager stood on her side and said he doesn't think she did it on purpose but he will speak to her. I explained that I am at the till so it's clear and I also spoke but she carried on serving the other customer. The manager insisted he doesn't think she did it on purpose and never apologised although when she called him for me she said:"He jumped in" so she admitted she knew it! A bunch of racist disrespecttful staff! I phoned the customer service. Such employees make the company lose money because why would I go to deal with such type of people? They should be fired. And what kind of management did that "manager" do defending the disrespect of a customer by his staff based on...

Yet another incorrect delivery from this store (third one) Staff have appalling customer care skills and can't even be bothered pretending to care. Have called Head Office three times in relation to this store however things fail to improve. There is an area manager responsible for this store, I wonder what s/he actually does when monitoring how branches they are responsible for perform? Really incompetent staff - incapable of getting the simplest order right. When you phone to tell them their order is wrong (again) they offer no apology or explanation and merely suggest that you contact Just Eat even when quite clearly the mistake is theirs. I visited this store as I had dropped my partner and her mum to the hospital I ordered several things and a must is sausage rolls they had none ready and I had to wait 5 mins until they were cooked the young man who served me was very polite informative and apologetic that I had to wait as I explained to him you can't rush good food and I would prefer it was cooked properly he agreed but again said sorry and even offered me a complimentary drink why I waited this service is rare nowadays and its a shame as this service made me feel valued as a customer I would definatly return for the brilliant customer focus the...
