Hi Kitty Old Swan — Restaurant in Liverpool

I took my boyfriend here and we absolutely loved it the food was delicious, piping hot! I’m a sucker for a desert place but I found it’s rare to serve ‘fast food’ and deserts without one being amiss but all the food was perfect, fries were seasoned and crispy, and our waffle and crepe came with so much sauce/chocolate, we loved it!

We were served by Jamil who even gave us an extra pot of ice cream, very accommodating and friendly. I unfortunately spilled my milkshake as we were about to leave and despite our offer to clean it, Jamil insisted it was okay and he’d do it for us (felt awful but shows the level of customer service!)

And of course the decor was gorgeous, apparently the seats have been newly upholstered, very clean and aesthetic.

Will be coming...

The portions have gotten smaller, the burger doesn’t taste good anymore, and the beef nachos aren’t even worth ordering. Overall, the food quality has gone downhill over the past three months. Unfortunately, it’s not as good as it used to be — not recommended.

Old: I’ve passed Hi Kitty many times by car but never ordered until today. The place always looked a bit funky from the outside. Today, I decided to try it out and ordered two Kitty Special Burgers, fries, and a folded chicken shawarma. The food was packed excellently, hot, and clearly made fresh! I really enjoyed the takeaway and will definitely go back. Next time, I’ll probably try one of their desserts — if the food was this good, I bet the desserts are...

Went here by chance the other night waiting for the tractor run. We are a family of 4, on entering we used the ordering screen it was simple and easy to use. We tried the hot chocolate it's was delicious, hot and foamy. We also tried brownie sushi, wow it was presented lovely and tasted rich in chocolate with yummy chocolate sauce and warm crepe. My little boy loved the millions ice cream and my big boy enjoyed a strawberry milkshake absolutely best milkshake around. Last but not least we had seasoned fries they also come hot crisp and delicious. The staff were very polite and worked fast on our order. The restaurant was spotless....
