We ordered for delivery using their online service. They offer a service by which you can have your food delivery at any given time. We ordered for 1800hrs, however come 1820hrs no food had arrived so we called them. They assured us the it was out with their driver and would with us shortly. The food arrived a further 25 minutes after that, a full 45 minutes late. The order was short, it was missing one of the portions of rice to go with our main meals. We called them immediately expecting them to send us a replacement out. However they informed us that they do have their own driver and that they use a third party delivery service. So we couldn't have any rice all they offered, was to refund the price of the rice. I'd much rather have the meal that I ordered to be honest. The food that did arrive was ok, 3/5 stars. But the service was woeful, and as the saying goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression and they messed it up royally. Won't be ordering from them again with so many available options in this area...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place was ridiculously good⦠ok so itās not your swanky place in town but itās local and there arenāt too many Nepalese restaurants in Liverpool - but the food here is special. The MOMos are a must - I have the steamed lamb ones and also a chicken starter - see pics- the food was so well cooked and flavoured. Iām not one for curry dishes - more of a Mediterranean food lady - but the food was beautifully cooked, tasted fresh and the flavours were like something else Iāve never tasted. Sauvignon Blanc served by the glass was good also. The service was perfectly timed - drinks served quick and starters and mains were timed just right. Iām definitely making this a regular and I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice date night, a meal out with friends and family - nice and casual with no hint of grandiour - it really was the perfect way to spend a relaxing Sunday evening...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally enjoyable. Iāve been to Nepalese restaurants that have been recommended/highly rated in the past and have left somewhat underwhelmed more often than not. This one did not disappoint, really nice starters and mains. I tried the chicken sekuwa and thali (chose the chicken curry option) so I got to sample a a few different things. Good value for money and really enjoyed it all. The chicken sekuwa was really nicely spiced and the curry was rich and really well balanced. The waiter was v friendly and attentive but could do with a hand when busier, but all is in all a really satisfying meal. Am sure this will be the first...
