Desserts by Dre — Local services in Liverpool

Been wanting to go here for a while! We went in the late afternoon and mostly baked were sold! Next time will go early! Amazing fresh bakes! We tried the raspberry cake (so moist and fresh), cherry bakewell tart (very nice shortcrust pastry) and not overly sweet! And the owner Dre gave us a complimentary Caribbean carrot cake to try as that is his top favourites (a recipe from Barbados)- I must say that was actually really good ; the cake itself was not overly sweet which I really loved as I enjoy my desserts not too sweet but overall appreciate the flavours in my desserts however for anyone who loves a strong sweet flavour the cream topping was quite sweet so adds a good balance to the cake! I will definitely eat that again!

We have been visiting Desserts by Dre for some time and always enjoy his delicious treats, of which we have now sampled a fair few. He often has unique and exciting flavour combos on offer, definitely things you don't see everywhere. In particular we are big fans of his croissant bread and butter puddings, and his cheesecakes are also something else. 👌

We were lucky enough to have Dre make our wedding cake recently, and provide a desserts table for our reception. He came up with a fab selection, combining some of our favourite flavours with tasty options to cover dietary restrictions also, and the table was a huge hit with all of our guests. We can't thank him enough for such a delicious spread, all set up beautifully and on schedule too.

It's no secret I love my desserts but wow ohhhh wow this place is amazing. The staff are attentive and so pleasant. You will always find the owner Dre in the shop which is always lovely to see. I love the desserts and once you have tried any one of them you won't want to go anywhere else. Desserts by Dre's pork pies are to DIE for. They are so filling and full of flavour. You must try one. My favourite desserts? This is hard as ive tried so many but I would say anything apple. Their apple crumble tart are out of this world. The sticky toffee pudding. Ohhhh my lord and his bread and butter croissants/dounut/bread slices with a different are outstanding. They also cater for parties. Pop in and see the amazing team...
