During my recent visit to Pizza Express in Liverpool, I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service and the meticulous attention they paid to my dietary requirements. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and showed genuine concern for my dietary needs, ensuring that my dining experience was both enjoyable and safe.
The menu offered a diverse range of options catering to various dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices, each as delicious as the next. The chefs at Pizza Express demonstrated their expertise and flexibility by customising dishes to meet my specific requirements without compromising on taste or quality.
The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable, making my dining experience even more pleasant. The staff were knowledgeable, offering recommendations and ensuring that all my questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods were answered thoroughly.
What truly set Pizza Express apart was their commitment to providing a stress-free dining experience for customers with dietary restrictions. It's evident that they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests' needs, making everyone feel welcomed and valued.

Read moreMe and my partner spent the day in Liverpool for her birthday on 28th February. We started our day in Pizza Express, I'm 44, and this is my first experience of eating in a Pizza Express. Being 11am, it was quiet, which was perfect for us, and we were greeted by a lovely lady who seated us by the window, great because I'm proper nosey 😁 In all honestly, I wasn't expecting too much, as to me a pizza is just a pizza and there's only so much you could get out of that experience. Well , this place proved me wrong. This place has an instant lovely atmosphere when you first walk in. Very clean, great decor and most importantly, friendly staff. Me and my partner both shared a pizza between us as it was early in the day, and we weren't feeling that hungry, but what a lovely pizza it was !! But, all the credit has to go to the lovely, friendly member of staff who waited on us during our stay. Apologies for not getting your name , you were blonde and had a slight Irish accent ( I hope this helps) But credit is due for taking on board that we were there for my partners birthday, and although we didn't order a dessert, you brought out a very well presented chocolate brownie with ice cream for us both to share 😊 Lovely touch with the icing sugar saying " happy birthday " wrote on the slate 👏
Being that we only live an hour away, and we both do frequent the area quite a bit. If ever we decide that we're in the mood for a pizza , we'll definitely be coming...
Read moreThis was by far the worst meal I have had in a long time. Friends and i were in Liverpool for the weekend and booked Pizza Express as it was next to the hotel we were staying. Our meal was booked for 7pm on Saturday night (4th May), the restaurant was not full the upper floor was completely empty when we arrived. Waited 3o mins before they took our order, no lasagne left (on a Saturday night - unbelievable), then waited over an hour for our food, we did order some garlic breads to be served with our meal but they came approx 5 minutes before. We were disgusted £3.95 and it was just like a very small nan bread, smaller than a tea plate with a bit of garlic butter over the top. Whilst waiting for our meal we ordered more drinks (probably the reason for delay to encourage you to spend more on drinks) one person asked for a glass of rose. "Will that be small or large" she was asked, large was her response, when the wine arrived it barely covered the bottom of the glass!! When food eventually arrived one meal was so badly burned and stuck to the bottom the dish it was unedible and we returned it. We sat over 2 hours and we had only ordered garlic bread, pizzas and some pasta!! The icing on the cake was when we received the bill and found they had added a service charge of just under £20. I would like to add that the quality of the food was no reflection on the staff who were...
