I had the pleasure of visiting The Wheel of Liverpool on the 11th of September 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience.

The wheel itself is stunning, beautifully lit against the night sky, and creates such a striking landmark on the waterfront. The staff were friendly and professional, making the boarding process smooth and welcoming.

Once inside the gondola, I was impressed with how spacious and comfortable it was — climate-controlled, with a great sense of safety and calm. As the wheel slowly rose, the views opened up beautifully. Seeing Liverpool at night from above was simply magical. The city lights reflected over the water, the historic Albert Dock, and the skyline created a breathtaking scene that I’ll always remember.

The ride was long enough to really take in the views without feeling rushed. It’s such a peaceful yet exciting way to experience the city from a new perspective.

Overall, The Wheel of Liverpool is a must-do attraction for both visitors and locals. Whether you’re after a romantic evening, a family outing, or just a moment to take in the beauty of the city, this experience delivers it all.

I’ll definitely be back again — next time during the day for a different perspective. Highly...

A must visit if travelling to Liverpool. There is a charge to travel on the ferris wheel as you would expect but is no more expensive than any other tourist location.Whether you are a professional or amateur photographer this is a dream with plenty of amazing photo opportunities. Don't worry if you are not a photographer there are plenty of selfies to be taken.Great views of the River Mersey and over to Wirral. The Liver Bird building Echo arena or should I say the M&S Bank Arena as it is to be known by.The Albert Dock .Honestly the photo opportunities are endless.Plenty of places to eat and drink all at competitive prices. What an amazing city to visit and the Ferris Wheel gives you a different view of the place. Unlike some cities you are likely to talk to the friendly residents who are known as Scousers. These are very friendly and helpful people who are proud of their city.Well worth a visit and well...

Bit of a special day for us so we arrived and decided on the VIP car. @£70 we kind of expected the half bottle of champagne, but actually got Cava. The chocolates were a crushed and damp box of Milk Tray. View was good, we came down and when we asked for better chocolates the attendant Adam took them and threw them away in the bin with the empty cava bottle and said basically tough there are no more chocolates. Customer service at it's best. I asked for the supervisor as the attitude was my problem and not so much the chocolates. He was very sorry but not much help, just stating they were out to buy more. Maybe he should change the sign to "Cava and squashed wet chocolates" because I am pretty sure they are breaching trading standards in stating champagne. Not worth £70 so save your money. The £50 ride with no Aldi plonk and chocs...

The Wheel of Liverpool is an absolute must-visit when in the city. Offering a breathtaking aerial perspective of Liverpool, this giant Ferris wheel provides an unforgettable experience. As you ascend, you're treated to panoramic views of the iconic waterfront, stunning architecture, and vibrant cityscape. The capsules are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with informative audio guides, enriching the ride with interesting facts about the city's landmarks. Whether day or night, the Wheel of Liverpool offers a picturesque and memorable adventure that will leave you in awe of the city's beauty. The staff is friendly, and the overall experience is well-organized and enjoyable. Don't miss the chance to take a spin on this marvelous attraction—it's worth every moment.

Amazing experience? Yes. This metal wheel which competes with the London eye really does provide an amazing view of the Liverpool docks and the rest of the city. An adult ticket is approximately £12 and a child ticket is £9. Concessions are available and you can also purchase family tickets. The ticket allows you to go on the wheel and complete a total of 4-5 rotations. Much better than the London eye which in my opinion, is a rip - off because it costs nearly double the price of this wheel and you only get 1 rotation. But it is London so of course you're going to have to pay the price. Back to topic, this wheel is a must see and go and do make sure to visit the rest of Liverpool as well!
