If there was zero stars I’d give this place it. First time ordering, ordered via ubereats at 11pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 12-12:20pm. Called them at 12:15 for an update and was told food (single cookie dough) was ready and would be next to leave the shop. Called back at 12:45 as still nothing, was passed onto a manager who was pretty unhelpful. Explained that the delivery times, along with minimum order displayed on ubereats (says £10 plus delivery fee but apparently it’s £12 plus delivery) was all wrong, and implied that it was my problem for not knowing this because it’s displayed on their Instagram page? By this point it’s almost 1am, I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for a cookie dough which was apparently cooked at ready at 12:15. Manager said i didn’t have to answer the door whenever the driver showed up if I didn’t want to and that would be that. Seriously unprofessional and appalling wait time. The driver showed up at 2 minutes to 1 in the morning. A real shame if the food is as good as other reviews state. This place needs to sort out its delivery method or better still use Ubereats own drivers so the delivery...

I recently ordered from [sugar and slice], and I was beyond impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly crispy crust, loaded with fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheesy goodness. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it’s easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while.

To top it off, I paired the meal with a milkshake, which was smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet – the ideal complement to the pizza. The dessert I ordered was just as impressive – rich, indulgent, and a perfect way to finish off the meal.

On top of the amazing food, the delivery was lightning fast! It arrived hot and fresh in no time, which made the whole experience even better. If you're craving pizza with great sides and speedy service, I highly recommend...

Took 2 hours to arrive!! Called the restaurant twice to get an update on the order, spoke to the guy and he said it was on the way. I said I was worried it'll be cold when it arrived because it took so long to which he said that's not how it works. Well low and behold, it arrived cold!

Edit: In response to the owner's response, I'd like to clarify a couple of points. Firstly, I never stated that my order was 2 hours "late"; I said it took 2 hours to "arrive". There is a clear difference. Furthermore, I recounted the events exactly as I experienced them.
