Title: Unfortunate Experience at The Irish House
Rating: 2/5
Tonight, I had an unpleasant experience at The Irish House that left me feeling confused and frustrated. As a 55-year-old individual with no criminal record or history of violence, I had hoped for a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, things took an unexpected turn.
Upon arriving at the venue, I was in good spirits and ready to enjoy the night. The dance floor was lively, and I actively participated with positive energy. To my surprise, at 9:20, the manager instructed the head doorman to escort me off the premises. The head doorman, who had no issue with my behavior, seemed equally perplexed by this decision.
I must emphasize that I was not involved in any violent or disruptive behavior. I am a law-abiding citizen who simply wanted to have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Therefore, I am at a loss as to why the young manager found it necessary to remove me from the establishment.
This incident has left me feeling bewildered and disappointed. I firmly believe that the manager's actions were unwarranted and lacked proper judgment. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated fairly and respectfully. It is disheartening when a venue fails to uphold these basic principles of customer service.
Despite this unfortunate experience, I plan to address the issue with the upper management of The Irish House, which I believe is associated with JSM. I hope to have a meaningful conversation with them to understand the rationale behind their manager's decision and seek a resolution.
In conclusion, my experience at The Irish House was marred by the questionable actions of a young manager. While I acknowledge that incidents can occur, it is important for establishments to handle such situations with professionalism and fairness. I sincerely hope that the management takes my concerns seriously and works towards improving their customer experience for others...
