Horrifying just-eat experience.

I ordered something for Wednesday night because I was lazy to go out and never suspected for a pizza order could have gone so wrong.

Well, these guys, they did it.

The wings was mediocre, and to be honest, that was the best thing in my order. I was extremely hungry by the time the food came, but I had to threw out everything. The garlic bread (or pizza?! - I'm confused), was unpalatable. Cold and hard, they should just buy Tesco's garlic bread instead.

The pizza they delivered was in a state where it was thrown in the box, very messy with half of it was in one corner of the box. Well, I was going to let it go if the food is good.

Well, if Tesco's pizza was 7/10, their pizza might be rated 1/10. The sauce was weird, the topping was weird, my gosh, I should have gone with Dominos instead. True, they have higher price but worth every penny, rather than a £15 order that the only thing barely edible was the chicken wings.

Not to mention, my, detailed review on Just-eat was conveniently hidden, showing just the rating score.

That's why I'm here instead of Just-eat review board.

In my truthful opinion, and in a very constructive way, they should change the cook if they ever want to stay...

So I ordered Pasta Penne Con Pollo Funghi, fries with cheese and garlic & herbs dip and garlic bread.

The pasta i got had probably 50 grams of black pepper and was completely tasteless, you can only feel the black pepper in it. Called the restaurant and told them I am allergic to black pepper and requested another pasta. Well you can see from the picture attached the black pepper in the second pasta they delivered. That can literally take me to hospital.

Fries were supposed to come with garlic & herbs dip but apparently it was missing.

3.The garlic bread with cheese they are charging £4.99 is not even a garlic bread but it’s garlic pizza bread with the quality of the Iceland one and I will not be surprised at all if that is actually coming from Iceland or other shop costing them £1. It tasted like **.

I did the mistake not to read the reviews before I order so that’s -£17 for me. And I would never ever again order anything from them. The guy over the phone was rude telling I put black pepper on my £7 pasta and now calling to complaint?! Non sense… Overall cheap quality food it all went in the bin so please save yourself time and money and don’t...

Firstly, one star is over-rating since the food never actually arrived. - My food didn't arrive. When I called, they asked why I didn't answer the phone to provide further address information as I had forgotten to enter my flat number. They did not call me. I checked the phone number on my online account and the number is correct, the driver had clearly lied about calling since he was too lazy to bother putting an ounce of effort into getting food delivered. The restaurant then flat out refused to re-deliver the food, and also flat out refused to issue me a refund, whoever answered the phone called me an idiot down the phone, while refusing to do anything to get my food, or my money back to me. Granted, I made a mistake not putting the flat number in, but the rest of the address was there and so was my phone number. I'm absolutely appalled at how rude this...
