The owner and the manager shall read this review- ABSOLUTELY horrible costumer service, the girls at the bar didn’t want us there and were occupied with their own things. Any questions asked about the wine/ wine tasting were answered with an unhappy face. These people shall not be in hospitality. When we were paying, the other guests were complaining about the service as well. Wine list is very nice and the wine is amazing. This place can be a great wine spot if they replace the personnel. Cheese platter took 40 min to arrive and had 3 small pieces of cheese which was hard to share. Don’t understand this stingy approach to portions, it didn’t worth 25£.

Myself and a friend called into this wine bar back in early summer. We each had a great tasting house Rose for happy hour price of £5. Yesterday I was in London with time to kill, so headed here again. It's a lovely spot and I felt comfortable there on my own. I had house white (again, very good) and also ordered a bowl of nuts for £4 (I was served a good large portion of these). My mistake, but I didn't pay proper attention to the bill before swiping my card. After leaving I now notice I've been charged £13.50 for wine and nuts. It should have been £9, plus a small amount for a service charge.

Super super cute! Hidden gem and such a nice treat. Nipped into here for an hour which was ideal as passing by. Saturday mid afternoon was ideal and I would highly recommend it. It's a great place to come with a loved one, friend or even in a group as there was an upstairs area too. The staff really knew their wines and were at such a high quality, impressed all round. Go and try for yourself! Was lovely that I forgot to take more pictures...😇 Solid A***** LDT x

We had a wine tasting booked. Unfortunately our trains were severely delayed so we ended up arriving 10 mins late. I had called ahead to advise them of this. By the time we arrived, the only seats available were at other ends of the table. With not really enough space for us. It turns out that extra people had arrived who hadn't booked and they gave them our seats, squeezing us in when we arrived. So not enough space, they hadn't arranged our vegetarian food that we had also pre ordered. We had to ask and basically balance plates when it arrived as they had oversold the spaces to the people who just turned up on the day.

The wine was OK. But as a pre arranged 50th birthday celebration, it fell very short.

Go if you want ok wines, no space for the glasses and plates, being sat nowhere near your party. Don't go if you value celebrating with the people you...

We received a voucher as a Christmas present for a wine tasting at 56 and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was professional and first class. Katherine was our host and she was both charming and knowledgeable. We started with a lovely glass of bubbles and then tasted 5 fabulous wines! We even got a very large glass of our favourite at the end! The tasting room offers a lovely intimate atmosphere for 10 people. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys trying new wines and wants to spend a lovely couple of hours in a gorgeous setting. It would also be fabulous for a small corporate event. We will...
