I’ve been with Nohad for years and been following her wherever she goes. I’m so happy she has her own salon now. I had a bad hair experience more than 10 years ago and I swore I’d never get anyone to do my hair but myself. Then I ruined my hair and needed professional help and she was the first being I trust with my hair and the last! She’s the only person I let touch my hair. I wanted to get a major short hair cut two years ago and she sat with me for almost an hour before the actual procedure understanding exactly what I want, advising me how and what she’ll do and she took it very slow, didn’t rush it at all. The results were gorgeous, got me feeling fierce and I got so many compliments! Other than the hair cuts, treatments and everything hair related I don’t just go for my hair but for Nohad as a person, she’s a real one!!! So kind and a pure giver. She has so much love for everyone, makes anyone feel amazing about themselves, generous and kind hearted and I’ve met very few people like her. The BEST-EVER salon!! Where do I even begin?? I was first introduced to knots & dye back in 2018. I remember the first time I came to the salon vividly. I was absolutely amazed on how Nohad, Andrada, and the team knew exactly how to treat my hair to make me feel beautiful and confident. Living in Germany at the time, I did not trust anyone else with my hair and actually would come to London just to get my hair cut,smoothed, and styled ONLY at knots & dye. They are complete hair experts - if it was a science, Nohad and Anrada would have PHDs. Over the years I have recommended knots & dye to many friends and they are each so happy and completely amazed by the expertise and also the kindness of the salon. After years of going to salons that did not understand my hair structure, broken ends, and dry hair - I now am so incredibly happy with my smooth, shiny, healthy, nicely colored hair. Nohad and her team are absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to fix my hair that had been butchered from a awful woman who put tapes in incorrectly in my hair which was painful nohad fit me in very swiftly and from the moment I came into the salon I had a warm welcome every single team member are friendly professional and so welcoming she took the tapes out of my hair and even did a complimentary treatment on my hair which left it smooth and easy to manage I recommend this to anyone with unruly frizzy hair, I can’t even put in words how amazing my hair was after she did clean sections and made sure she the hair extensions to suit my head shape and needs the styling blending everything was done to perfection she took her time and made sure she explained all the after care gave me all the knowledge I needed to keep my hair extensions in tip top condition even down to the products I should use I certainly won’t be going anywhere else for my hair needs she made a awful experience into the best hair I ever had...
