Acton Charcoal Grill — Restaurant in London

AVOID this place at all costs! If I could give a minus it would be minus 5. Where do i start! Firstly took nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive. When it did come the driver told me to come down and get it from him as its raining and he will get wet. When i told him to come to my door he had a helmet on which he was on a bike so was wet already.When I did get the food it was ice cold. I clearly stated in BOLD writing NO TOMATOES as I have an allergy to them. Burger and wraps both had tomatoes in meaning I couldn't eat any of it and could only eat the chips which were rock hard and disgusting. Called the restaurant about 6 times to speak to someone and no one would awnser probably knowing it was another complaint. Save yourself some money and time and go...

Simply put. Don't even bother. Reported to Uber Eats for what might as well be a scam.

Some of the WORST service I have ever received via Uber Eats. There's a reason it's not named the same name on Uber Eats as their business name (on Google) and that's because here, the reviews have brought them down to a 2.9 and I can see why.

They use their own drivers for deliveries and even with several phone calls confirming my address and 3.5 hours later. I still hadn't gotten my order.

Don't expect your food on time or at all. Uber eats support service is trash so they can get away with it.

Any other takeaway would resolve this issue and be polite about it. It's kebabs for crying out loud.

Worse place ive ever ordered from. Ordered from Uber Eats the Doner meat and Chips was the worse i ever eaten, there were other things on the menu like lamb doner or chicken doner or shish but this doner and chips i was expecting was mix doner as there was no option for mixed meat and chips also there were almost no chips at all.... bear in mind its almost £10 and barely ate half was soo not worth it. Cheesey chips looks like someone just dumped cheese all on one side of the box and let the chips melt the cheese and just hardened, took a bite and left it aside complete trash food.
