Afamia Al Sham Restaurant — Restaurant in London

I have gone into to order and wanted to eat in however when I placed my order they were taking the bins out of the front of the resturant and the woman taking the order wasn't listening properly I had to ask more than once if she knew what I wanted she said she did but later she came to the table asking what I wanted in my wrap I had said I didn't want any salad or tomatoes just chicken so she said you don't want sauce and I said yes of course I would like sauce I don't want a dry wrap after waiting half an hour and the resturant is empty at this point the woman has just brought chips to the table without the chicken so I said I didn't want to eat it in stages I wanted to eat my meal all together and that by the time the chicken would be ready the chips wouldn't be hot the woman took the chips back didn't make fresh ones instead she brought the same ones I gave back to her to the table and they weren't hot so I said to her these are the same ones I gave back to you I'm not paying for some of my food to be cold they then made some fresh ones but then my chicken was just sitting there I had eaten here previously so I asked if I could have some bbq sauce like I had done in the past but the man behind the desk decided he wanted to charge me 50p this time When there was no charge before so it was clearly because they didn't like that i was unhappy but instead of apologising or trying to make the situation right they were extremely rude so at this point I wasn't happy to eat there and wanted a refund the woman takes £5 out of the till and hands it to me saying there you go now you can go when my meal was actually 11.50 so in the end I had to demand the rest of my money back otherwise I'd of had to of involved trading standards in the end I was given 10 which was not what I had paid and I left

I also have epilepsy which makes it for me important when I eat so I am able to take my medication

Poor waiting time for food , bad hygiene, no customer service and clearly this company thinks they don't have to refund people properly like every other business...

I choose this place based on google reviews for the area I was in for chicken restaurants. Crispy Plus had 4.3 stars which was one of the highest ratings for the area. I did not try the chicken. This review is for the Halloumi wrap. I had no clue what to expect but I love Halloumi and I figured I couldn't go wrong. A tortilla is used for the wrap and it was toasted. It was soooo good. The cucumber gives the wrap it's unique taste versus just having tomato and lettuce only. I could have easily have eaten two. The size was very reasonable and worth the cost. I highly recommend trying it if you are a lover of halloumi cheese. I will be going back to try other items on the menu and will update my review. If anyone knows of other places in London that makes a killer halloumi wrap please let me know. I need...

Ordered via Uber eats and it was too expensive compared to to deliveroo, the food came wrong and the owner made me call Uber to say something to them instead of them call Uber eats to redo my order, but instead I called them and made a decision that I pick it up and got the reply as yes but then someone said no I just wanted my food but when I called again a lady literally put the phone down for almost 20 mins and just started serving and they were laughing at me because I waited for a respond and when I called again to say that she was so rude she just gave me deliveroos number but not the customers number to basically they thought I was the restaurant it’s meant to a halal shop but the people are haram well done you’re going to go...
