After Hours — Restaurant in London

Honestly the worst food ordering experience I have had in my life. No exaggeration. What is the point of ordering ahead when you arrive to having to wait an additional 40 mins on the street?

Food we had ordered was not available, but the staff failed to notify me of this until we arrived. It would have made much more sense to call beforehand and let me know.

There is no sense of haste in this place. All staff members seemed to take their time purposefully. Multiple delivery drivers came and went with their orders but I was left to wait in the street.

I had hoped the food would have made up for this calamity, but alas, my hopes were too high. Ordered chicken, given mystery meat, could’ve been horse, I still do not know. It was rock hard, black and slathered in over seasoned, high-cholesterol inducing oily sauce, an attempt to hide the mess I’m sure. The festivals, what a joke. The prawns, soggy, and like the mystery meat, dowsed in an oily sauce.

The only thing that was halfway decent was the Mac and cheese, but who doesn’t know how to make Mac and cheese?

Really ruined my night. Very disappointed, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

If Google allowed for ZERO star reviews this premises is truly deserving of one. STAY AWAY AND...

Visited Saturday evening 26th August 2023 around 9.30pm. I ordered just a jerk roll as they said they had already ran out of bagel. The Customer Service was very bad, the girl who took my order after taking my order just went to the back/kitchen and didn't re-appear until quite a long time later with no information whatsoever as to how long the order was going to take. In the meantime, another one of the girls from the back/kitchen briefly came out and I asked her how long my order was going to be, she responded rudely and just said how would she know as she didn't take the order and she couldn't be bothered to go and find out. As for the Jerk roll itself, it was very soggy, they put way too much sauce and seems like they just put a few chicken wings in the roll rather than what I asked for. First time I ordered, very happy delivery was fast considering I live 30 mins away by car!I ordered jerk chicken,rice & peas,popcorn chicken in their special sauce, mac & cheese ,festival bites and 2 desserts caramel tart and oreo cake with custard which I put on stove to warm up myself and it came out gorgeous. Food was lovely best part was jerk chicken although I'd of preferred some breast as aposed to just legs.I loved the rice and peas and festival bites too.Mac & cheese was not my favourite but still was nice to have on the side.The popcorn chicken was lovely in the sauce I would order again easily.I am happy I got fruit punch as a replacement for Ribena as I hate carbonated drinks.
