I ordered on Uber and one item was missing so I called the restaurant to let them know straight way someone said that they been having problems with drivers stealing items which I said thatās not my problem. He then went further and told me that was only 2 options either the driver stole it ( which is impossible because the bag was sealed) or it was me that wanted another item ( I ordered 6 cakes) why would I bother calling for one cake to be replaced if I had got it? He then said wouldnāt be his staff because they know what they are doing. He went further and started accusing me and the driver of stealing when was them that didnāt put in the bag. He went further and said if I wanted I would have to go and get myself I told him no because I paid for service and delivery. He said itās not his problem. And then decided to be rude and swear at me, this is a disgusting human and shouldnāt be working because his customer service is never Iāve ever seen. I came in, and there was a delivery driver who was there before me, I waited patiently for a good 8 minute's, the staff member serving at the counter didn't even say, "good afternoon, hold on with me, I'll be with you soon", so I sat down on the seat's next to the counter and waited patiently, then another customer came in, he came straight to the counter, the staff member deliberately ignored me, and said "good afternoon" to the other customer and served him immediately, and he never told the customer, "sorry, I'm afraid this gentleman was here before you", I didn't say anything, I just bit my tongue, and just walked out straight away, but this is very disgusting behaviour treating a fellow Muslim like this, just cause I'm not wearing a Thobe or a Kufi hat, it doesn't mean I'm not a Muslim, I never said anything, and I didn't shout, but you see, I like to go to these place's just to test you type of people, it's OK, never again will I be going back to Scoop's, I'm finished with you people, I'll just stick with Kaspa's or Cream's (I think they're called), they might be a bit more expensive, but at least they have much better customer service, never again, very out of order,...

However, (I tried to find another way to contact the owners but there is only a phone number to the shop) we got our 18 month old a scoop in a cup with a spoon. Unfortunately the spoon is such cheap plastic that it broke in her mouth, the same happened to one adult. It broke with very little pressure and cut her lip with bits getting stuck in her throat. We luckily got it all out and no real damage was done but it could have been very serious. We would request that the shop thinks seriously about what they use to serve, for both safety and environmental reasons cardboard cups and wooden spoons would be a lot better.
