Walked in to an empty cafe, gent was handling raw chicken with tongs and cutting with a knife i did not see him touch chicken with hands. But then again i was not there to see him prepare this whole tub of chicken Or whether there were splashes on his hands. Knowing a bit about diffusion and observing him move to the griddle, pick up the scraper and prepare for my breakfast order, i politely said sir i need you to wash your hands before handling my food.
