1/5 Stars - Difficult, disgusting and unhygienic

I entered the shop and walked up to the counter, I then stopped and looked at the menu. The menu seemed very limited and for some strange reason you can't just order plain chicken...

I then had to wait for atleast ten (10) minutes before the staff realised I was standing at the counter ready to order. I had to repeat my order several times to the staff member who struggled with the till, a very simple order, double beef burger meal with lettuce and mayo in the burger. I then stood waiting my order.

Whilst stood waiting for my order I looked over the counter and into the main kitchen area. Behind the main kitchen looked like a storage room which had several members of staff stood inside.

I clearly saw one (1) member of staff standing, Mid conversation with another, with his hands down his trousers, having a fiddle...

Fortunately, the fiddling staff member was not handling my order otherwise I would of demanded a refund and quickly left.

My order then arrived to which I left and went home. Opening the box, I discovered that the staff member had given me a double chicken burger with no lettuce, a slice of cucumber and loads of burger sauce and to top it all off the chips were cold.

One of the worst chicken shops. Lack of service. Lack of hygiene. Fiddling...
