Oh boy, let me tell you about the pizza experience I had at this fantastic pizza joint! You know how they say, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade"? Well, when life gives you pizza, you make pure joy!
As soon as I stepped inside, I felt like I was entering the land of pizza dreams. The aroma of freshly baked crust, the symphony of toppings singing in harmony, and the cheery staff who seemed to have a secret pizza dance hidden up their sleeves – it was love at first sight.
Now, onto the pizza itself – it was like a canvas of cheesy delight, painted with flavors that made my taste buds tango. The crust was the perfect blend of crispy and chewy, like they somehow managed to combine acrobatics and yoga in a doughy form. And the toppings! Oh, the toppings were a celebration of all things yummy and quirky. I felt like I was at a pizza circus, with every slice performing a delightful trick in my mouth.
The cheese was so generous that I half-expected it to start telling me cheesy jokes. But hey, no complaints there – the more cheese, the merrier life becomes! It was like a warm, cheesy hug that said, "I got you, buddy."
But what truly impressed me was the creativity they put into their pizza creations. I ordered the "Cajan vegan special," and let me tell you, it was a pizza superpower! I felt like I was on a flavor rollercoaster, and I didn't want the ride to end.
I must admit, I got a little carried away and ended up attempting the "Pizza-Eating Olympics." I managed to finish seven slices before I had to surrender to the incredible food coma that ensued. But hey, it was worth every bite, and I'd do it all over again!
The ambiance of the place was like a slice of pizza paradise. It felt like home away from home, but with the added bonus of pizza rainbows and sauce rivers. The staff was as friendly as a long-lost pizza-loving friend, making me feel like part of their pizza-loving family.
So, if you're looking for a slice of happiness that will tickle your taste buds and warm your heart, head over to this pizza paradise. You won't just find a pizza joint; you'll find a whole new world of cheesy wonders that'll leave you saying, "Holy cannoli, that was a...
Read moreOoh this is close to NYC but not quite there. The dough is great with thin crust and no flop and they use the polenta dusted base trick to get some good crunch (I prefer without polenta and most NYC keeps it naked but its ok).
Toppings are good too but the tomato sauce should be raw ti taste like proper NYC - their cooke marinara was not bright enough ti contrast the low moisture mozzarella.
Oven seemed to be cooking unevenly too as one half of pie was more wine that the other and that seemed to be the case with most pizza that I saw coming out of the place.
This is part of a nice craft beer spot so it suits the vibe to perfection.
Great service.
Notes about scoring: 1 star = Memorably awful 2 star = Not good and would avoid 3 star = Good but would not return 4 star = Recommended 5 star = Incredible and must...
Read moreI’ve loved this place ever since it was located in Vauxhall, and I keep coming back for more! I’ve visited five times already, and each time, the experience has been consistently great. The pizza here is by far my favourite in London — the quality, flavour, and fresh ingredients never disappoint. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. If you’re visiting for the first time, I highly recommend trying their £10 deal — it’s excellent value for money and a great way to sample their...
