We’ve ordered couple of pizzas to be delivered through deliveroo app, when driver arrived he delivered the order to the wrong flat. We called the driver (by the way they are using their own delivery drivers) asked where is the order, he said it was delivered, told him that he went somewhere else, no response. Called the restaurant, they reassured that the will make our order again and it will be delivered asap. After waiting for another hour - nothing. So called the restaurant again just to find out that no one is making anything and nothing will be delivered, so the guy on the phone said he needs to speak to a manager and he will get back to us, nothing happened after that either and more so no one picked a phone afterwards. So went to deliveroo app to speak with customer service and requested for a refund. And most funny thing is that once deliveroo processed a refund we got a call from them and some imbecile started to shout as why we requested a refund! This place is just a NO NO! Please think twice when considering ordering from this place....

Do not order from these on any app. I ordered from these guys (2 15" pizzas) i ordered to collect (i admit my mistake) i shouldve ordered delivery. I tried ro ring them 4 times and there was no answer (i tried to ring to change to delivery). I then contacted just eat to try and change but they couldnt.

I then recieved a call from the restaurant saying they've been waiting for me, i explained i've been trying to ring them but no one answered and they said 'that's not possible'.

After we hung up, i the rang the same number i've been trying to ring before and then what a suprise, the man than rang me decided to answer the phone this time.

I have now spent £25 on this restaurant and will not get it back. I wanted my food, i just wanted to change my order from collection to delivery. At the end when i was refused any option, i said give it the charity or homeless and there was 0 appreciation.

I will not be ordering from here again. They took my money, refused to...

A SCAM- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT We placed an order through deliveroo. After putting our postcode in, they appeared as deliverable and only a 10 minute wait. We waited around an hour and called them. They said they were never intending to deliver as it was outside their area and that they would cancel the order through deliveroo. They didnt. And now are telling deliveroo that they fulfilled the order and won't return my calls. Deliveroo, to my shock, won't help further with this either. I have seen on Google reviews that they did this again 2 days after our order. They are scamming people and getting...
