!!AVOID!! Definitely avoid for cake orders, you will be disappointed

Ordered a graduation cake in person nearly 3 weeks. Cahide took my order. I showed her numerous pictures and was very specific as to the cake I wanted. The design of the cake was very simple and nothing extravagant or difficult to make. I repeated exactly what I wanted numerous times to ensure it would be correct and Cahide even took pictures of my reference photos and assured me they could make the cake and for the date I wanted. I even accepted to pay extra £5 for the use of fondant. The date of collection was 05/09/24 at 12 midday. On my way to the store at 12:40 I received a call from the store stating that they did not understand what was supposed to be written on the cake. The first alarm bell as the cake was supposed to have been ready at 12 and it clearly wasn’t. I went into the store and confirmed what was to be written and waited 10-15 minutes for just three words to be written on the cake. The cake was then brought out and it was nothing like the cake I ordered. The colour of the icing was wrong. The fondant decorations to be put on the cake were disproportionate and way too big for the cake and placed on the cake board instead completely ruining the design. The decorations itself were also the wrong colour and missing details. The writing was horrible and not in the italics I requested. It was a completely different cake to the one I ordered clearly very rushed. I left extremely disappointed and upset leaving without a cake and no time to order a new one. The baker was apologetic however the two women at the till were definitely not and rather tried to defend the woman (Cahide) who took the order instead. Extremely disappointing experience. The manager at this location was incredibly unprofessional and rude. We had been instructed by the staff at their restaurant across the road to come here for dessert, as they would deliver our wraps over while we enjoyed sweet dishes at the new shop.

We were with guests from abroad and, naturally, followed the instructions given. Once seated, our wraps were delivered as promised, and we ordered our desserts. However, as we began eating, the manager came over and started shouting at us, saying we could not eat food there—even though it came from their own restaurant across the street.

There were no signs anywhere stating this was not allowed, and we were genuinely confused and embarrassed in front of our guests. The manager's attitude was unacceptable—aggressive, rude, and completely uncalled for.

This establishment clearly takes advantage of having multiple shops on the same road, overcharging customers and treating them poorly, as confirmed by other reviews. We will not be returning, and I suggest others avoid...

Be careful when you order. I drove half way across London to buy their Baklava as it is delicious but the staff could not answer basic questions such as what is the price per kilo (they just say “it’s by weight”) or follow basic ordering instructions. The staff spoke in their own language about me in my face which I find extremely rude. I suspected they were trying to extort me and I was right! When I came to pay it was much more than expected, when I questioned why the lady at the til casually said “oh she gave you a bit more”...I didn’t ask for a bit more!! Their baklava is extremely expensive so do make sure to watch them carefully when they are packing your boxes. I would have said their baklava is worth it but when you sense they are intentionally over charging you it is really off-putting. Dear Antepliler Baklava, you have amazing baklava, please sort out your customer service and try to stop copying and pasting the same generic reply to...
