Update as for some reason, I cannot reply to the owner's comments. I am appalled by your response and lack of customer service. You are clearly not in the right business if you cannot handle negative reviews. You should be ashamed of how you handled this. Myself, along with all of my colleagues will not step foot into your establishment again.

As a daily visitor to this café in the Plaza for the past two years, my go-to is their £6 toastie. Although I'm not much of a coffee drinker, I've faithfully participated in their loyalty stamp program, assuming it applied to all purchases. However, during my recent visit, I was abruptly informed that the stamps are only for drinks purchases. This comment felt rather rude and left me disappointed, especially considering the significant amount I spend here. Despite being promised a 10% discount as a Plaza worker, I consistently have to ask for it, which is uncomfortable given my frequent visits. I went here at breakfast, the ham and cheese toastie was extremely good with crunchy bread and stretchy cheese. The waffle and ice cream was good. The waffle was sweet and crunchy giving the perfect taste and texture. The ice cream was stupendous creamy and sweet. The hot chocolate was very good and the design of the top was very well made. Even the cups and plates were very special and useful as the cups and a bump to fit well on the plate and would not slide around the plate. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Terrible experience, worst brunch place in Putney. Customer service was very poor, it was very slow, it took a long time for them to clear the table (only after our own food was served), they cleaned the table really badly with crumbs and hairs left on it. Service was very slow, a brunch order arrived after the other person had already finished theirs (after waiting at least 15’ before starting to eat it).
