I cannot stress to you how rude the staff are at this branch. I’ve been looking for coffee shop alternatives since boycotting Starbucks and because I work in the area and I’m always in a rush I come here to get my coffee and literally regret it every single time. I don’t know why the owner is playing around with their business hiring such awful and rude staff, the Italian lady and hijabi girl are decently friendly but the other members of staff are all AWFUL! I’m talking ignoring you, rolling their eyes etc etc. Coming from someone who also works in customer service I know how it can be dealing with rude customers but these members of staff are extremely hostile every time you come in no matter how much I go out of my way to be polite. It’s like they all hate their jobs that is the only way I can describe it. It’s shocking. They treat you like an annoyance it’s so so so sad to see. I’m not someone who ever leaves bad reviews but I honestly feel as though the staff here take the absolute liberties in terms of their poor attitude. Do jot recommend at all! It’s takes literally NOTHING to...

I visited this small nice coffee shop in Marylebone as I was touring london on the 21st February and I must say the food and coffee was absolutely amazing and the service was joyful..

i would have given it 5 stars but I did overhear a disturbing encounter with two of the colleagues.  I overheard a conversation with two of the girls at the till and not to name or shame but the girl with the headscarf very bluntly said to the girl with braids something along the lines of “all black people are the same” and “i don’t understand why you get offended” … the braided young lady looked very uncomfortable and had went silent in that moment and the lady with the headscarf carried went on about her day.

The braided lady went downstairs and came up about 5 minutes later and didn’t say too much. I left the shop as I did not feel good energy coming from the other lady, i said my goodbyes and they said theirs. I came today and saw she wasn’t in and wondered if she is okay or if it’s just a holiday day off for her. I hope the girl is okay and something gets done about this? Other than that it...

Emily the Barista just changed life. On this cold autumnal day as I trudged down Baker st, the reassuring waft of coffee tickled my nostrils and sent me on a purposeful march towards its source. Upon arriving I was greeted by a wide smile and a warm greeting. "What would like good sir" the staff chorused in angelic harmony. A flat white and an americano I sang bad enthusiastically, jigging on the spot side to side. What was then delivered to me was the finest cup of coffee I have tasted since I was tracking 3 legged snorckacks in the jungles of the Malaysia. As it trickled down my throat, the smooth bitterness of the magical bean set my tongue alight and I passed out in ecstasy. I was taken on a psychedelic spiritual journey that poured me through a filter of a thousand timelines feeling the hopes, fears angst and joy of every human, plant and animal to ever live. Before I knew it I was back awake with the reassuring dulcet tones of Emily the Barista to tell me it was all ok. Thank you Arro....

I apologize in advance for being so particular, but I have been chasing a decent cappuccino all across Europe and am mystified by any ability to even come close. I was encouraged by the fact that they offered an Ethiopian coffee, but it was so over-roasted that the only taste was acute bitterness and no flavor of coffee whatsoever. (Not particular to this place, that has been common everywhere.) Secondly, they seem to have acquired the Stavuk disease in that EVERY coffee with milk is a latte. A cappuccino is equal parts espresso, steamed milk and foamed milk (1/3 1/3 1/3). Ways too much milk. Thirdly, why is there a sweet glaze on an otherwise perfectly flakes plain croissant?? It is a savory pastry that neither wants nor needs sugar. Yes, I am now taking on the moniker of cafe snob, but only out of sheer desperation in a world gone mad.

Unfortunately quite awful! If you want better coffee go to a petrol station. The coffee was not the beautiful Italian quality I’m used to at all! Mostly froth with a plastic smell from the cup … The unfriendly barista says they don’t make their coffee the same way as everyone else and that they use a Spanish method (2 shots and a huge amount of foam for a cortado). I’m sorry but that is complete rubbish! Please learn how to make your coffee! I’m afraid on the particular day I visited the barista just didn’t know how to make or present a quality coffee. My friend’s cappuccino looked exactly the same and tasted like plastic. If customers eat in it would be nice to serve the coffee in sustainable reusable cups. Won’t be back here anyway! Waste of £3.60.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Located on a side street, slightly away from the bustling main road. Coffee was actually great in taste! They also sell a variety of croissants and pastries.. the custard one or the pistachio one captured my attention.. They have different coffee blends and different type of brews.. from espresso, to filtered coffee and aero press one. Not many seats but lovely location even outside for some good people watching and reading a book. Prices are a bit higher than standards but definitely paying for quality. The staff gave away some pastries as they were closing down which is also a nice human touch. Will be back or explore the other locations 👌🏼
