Tried this on a whim last night with a friend who suggested it. What a shout it was! It’s not the biggest restaurant but it has been fitted out beautifully with a really nice amount of tables so you don’t feel too cramped. Service was impeccable and so friendly, we had a menu but just asked our server (the owner) what he recommended and it was all very very good. They dont serve alcohol (I assuming because of the Muslim thing) but explained that there was an off licence next door and we could bring in whatever we wanted. I got a nice bottle of Bordeaux and the restaurant provided us with glasses, didn’t charge any corkage. We ate very well and couldn’t finish it all. The cost? £44! I live smack bang in the middle of Exmouth Market so I’m very spoiled for choice when it comes to good food but this was every bit as good as the meal I paid £250 for last week. Thank you all at Atush, you will be seeing a lot more of me..

One of the finest halal places I’ve been to in London. Truly authentic Uyghur food, made and served by Uyghur people who clearly take pride in what they do. The restaurant is run by a local family, and you can feel the warmth and hospitality the moment you walk in. We were greeted kindly by the owner and seated right away. I ordered dishes my grandmother used to make for me when I was a kid — the laghman, chop, and mantu — along with traditional Uyghur tea. Let me tell you, if you’re looking for real, authentic Uyghur cuisine, this is the place to go. Every dish was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. It genuinely took me back to my childhood. After we finished our food, they also brought us complimentary cake, a very nice gesture from the owner. I humbly thank the family for serving such delicious food and for keeping tradition alive. May God bless you.

This place is fantastic. I have lived in London for over 26 years and I do not say lightly that this is the most "bang for your buck" priced restaurant in the whole of London. Exquisite fresh to order noodles are the real highlight here but there is something on the menu for everyone. A real gem that represents the best of what London has to offer, I have strongly recommended this place to everyone I know since discovering it a few weeks ago. Make sure you go while you can because I expect this newly opened restaurant to become very busy once word of mouth gets around. 10/10.
