This store is a Godsend for London cigar lovers who are not the West London elite!

I used to have to rely on annual trips to Budapest or Lisbon in order to stock-up on affordable cigars, but now I can buy the same quality new world cigars for pretty much the same price

Customer service is excellent from Navneet and other staff members. They are always welcoming, patient and very knowledgeable. Believe me I have racked their brains on the cigars available and there isn't a single cigar they don't have good knowledge on

Lastly, as of February 2024 they have a cigar lounge! Finally a London cigar lounge that you don't have to be a billionaire to use! Minimum purchase to use the lounge is £20 and it's a tidy, compact little lounge and compliments the store very well

Nearest tube is Chancery Lane, and buses 19, 38 and 55 all drop you off at a stop which is about 30 seconds walk from the store

I am very impressed.

As a former pipe and cigar merchant myself, I am always wary of new cigar shops popping up in unexpected locations. Too many times have I been disappointed by stock that was not properly cared for by staff who did not display a deep understanding of their trade.

A few minutes' conversation with the gentlemen on staff promptly made me confident in this establishment. They were very knowledgeable, the selection is great (both Habanos and non-Habanos, plus a respectable array of pipe tobacco, tobacciana, whiskies, and other lifestyle products), the prices are as reasonable as one can hope for, and there is a sampling room downstairs.

I went there whilst I was visiting London. I was quite impressed about the look of the shop and the atmosphere of a chilled shop. The person who served me that day was fantastic! It is a shame I didn't ask after his name. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the different kind of cigars. There are cigars from different parts of the world especially from central and South America which I was pleased with as I am from there. Prices are really good. I went to Cuba once and had a Montecristo cigar there and I can say the prices are not much different if you buy it from the country than from this shop. I recommend people to go there and have a look....
