Beautiful and simple. A welcome respite from the city. We stayed nearby during our summer vacation in London. 3 Families - 12 ppl altogether. We found it because it was a central point between our hotels. Not only was it just perfect for organizing our daily activities but it was welcoming and comfortable too. We spent roughly 2-3 hours there each day having food, catching up and planning. I was worried that we were too much for the lovely couple running the place but they made us feel at home! I can't say enough about the food and hospitality. The interior is smaller but comfortably cozy. We had such a large group that we took over about half the available tables. Get there early. It is a quiet place for the locals. Thank you so much for hosting us! Prices are more than fair and EVERYTHING was delicious - especially the almond croissants. Read moreCame here with a friend for lunch whilst returning from SW London a while back. We were drawn to their bright and colourful facade both on the outside and inside and noticed it was fairly busy which was always a good indicator of business. It wasn't too spacious and had an old-fashioned feel to it at first, but it felt cozy and immediately gave an impression that it was a local Cafe wanting to serve no-frills, hearty great hot food.
They have customizable sandwich options, all day English breakfast and even a few pasta dishes on the menu which looked tempting. Incredibly competitive prices too which was a rare sight for it's location! We opted for their sandwiches with different toppings each and they were fresh, tender and delicious since we settled with something light. Staff were polite and courteous too, we didn't feel rushed or pressured into ordering as we decided what we wanted....

We stumbled upon this calm, tranquil spot and were immediately drawn in by its Turkish-Moroccan-inspired decor—lots of plants, clay pot lighting, and a cozy yet slightly worn-in charm with its uncomfortable armchairs.
The atmosphere was laid-back, with a few people relaxing with their dogs. At the counter, we found a tempting selection of pastries, and behind it, a chalkboard menu offering sandwiches and mains at very reasonable prices.
We ordered a chai latte, a matcha, and a cornel pastry filled with pistachio fresh cream. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and attentive, bringing everything over to our table. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
Overall, a lovely little café with great ambience—perfect for a quick coffee stop...
