Bad Habits Club - Bar In Clapham Junction — Restaurant in London

It's been a while since I felt the victim of discrimination but these guys just made me so uncomfortable, I had to leave. Whether it was because I am male or because I was the oldest in the bar, I watched as all were served around me, all arriving after me to the point that I was alone at the bar which meant I had to be served. I had drunk one drink and was polite and had been appreciative for the excellent service the first time I bought a round. Baffled as to why I was ignored, even by the other bartender who had finished servi g the rest of the bar, (the manager) some time before I was served. Great drinks and amazing bartenders' skills but despite happily willing to pay for the great cocktails, I seriously experienced discrimination i have not experienced for quite a few years. As I said, it was so obvious that those who got served before me were awkward as i looked at them despairingly. Came here with my partner on a Friday night around 7:30 - 9:00. It's a fairly small venue and was busy so we were very glad we booked. Most the tables were also reserved so its definitely recommended! Didnt have to wait long at the bar to be served though as it was well staffed.

The venue is pretty cool, with its neon signs and the cocktail menu is fantastically unique but also with the classics there to choose from! Staff were all lovely and friendly and service was quick!

(I opted for a Disney Princess cocktail which came with candyfloss!)

The venue does Happy Hour between 5 - 9pm with 2-4-1 cocktails which is a fantastic deal (although the cocktail you order has to be the same) and other lower prices on beers, and it made the experience feel like great value for money!

The music volume was however very very loud and our booked table was right under a speaker which made it hard to socialise...

We did a large group booking of 15 people a month ahead of time. We went to scout the venue ahead of time and asked for a specific seating area we liked. They told us they can't do that and it's allocated in the day. When we arrived for our party, they'd opted to seat us just at two random tables in this stinky damp basement section. It was hot as hell down there too. Absolutely awful customer experience and expectations management. They 100% should have told us how horrible it was. We would have booked elsewhere. Special mention to the manager on the night though for being great and doing everything he could to rectify the situation within his power. But still, I wouldn't recommend a group booking here.
