Battersea Fish Bar — Restaurant in London

Very poor I rang them for food they say 45 minutes but yet 2 hours later still waiting for food and this is not the first it has happened so I won't be using them again and when food arrived it was cold they didn't even tell me the wait was that long otherwise I wouldn't of ordered anything. So please be aware they are rubbish and don't use them as went you ring to check your order they make up some excuse rather than being honest with you before taking your order. The impression I got is all they want is money and they don't care how long you wait. The time before this I ordered and half my order was missing and so was my drink. Extremely rude staff also delivery driver claims to have come to my address and we refused the order even though when we spoke to who was in the shop they claimed our address is wrong funny that as they're driver allegedly came here earlier whoever was on the phone outrageously rude to my wife basically calling her a liar even though our receipt online clearly had our address properly the funny thing is they've actually delivered here on many occasions previously I would like to say I will not be ordering from there anymore especially as they were really rude I really wished I could rate this...

Not happy after i percifically called to ask for loads of salt and vinegar & the man called Asad laughed like i were joking. Why would i call and request it otherwise.

To top it he said ok but then when it came it were bland & the fish were luke warm not even hot.. what made it worse theyre were NO SALT OR VINEGAR on my food. I was so hungry at the same time i thought you know what i will just leave a bad review.

I wouldnt order from here unless your really hungry & there is no where else open.

Customer service is disgusting & so is the food.
