BBQ Express — Restaurant in London

I came in with high hopes, reminiscing about past visits to this establishment when it was bustling with popularity. However, my excitement quickly waned. Firstly, there was no kids menu available, and the prices were surprisingly steep, starting at £6.50 for a basic burger. The staff, unfortunately, were not only disorganized but also rude. No cutlery or napkins were provided, and when I raised concerns about the taste of my mixed grill, which seemed off, the young hijab-wearing sisters, who I presume were related to the owner, dismissed my complaint and made me feel like a liar. Despite my attempts to communicate politely, they questioned me in a confrontational manner, insisting that nobody else had ever complained. Their lack of apology was compounded by their inappropriate conversation in their native language, unaware that I understood. Even when I addressed the issue with their father, who seemed to be in charge, the response was lackluster at best. I ended up wasting £10 on a meal I couldn't enjoy, feeling both financially and emotionally dissatisfied. It's disappointing to see children thrust into customer-facing roles without adequate training in customer service. Overall, my experience left me rather upset as I am not a confrontational person and I just wanted to enjoy my meal with my son but instead I’m leaving here still hungry and will need to buy food again elsewhere . The two sisters have really upset me with their lack of help and stand offish behaviour , they did not listen to me in order or help me but listened to me in order to speak back and offer no alternatives , even when I thought the dad said I will make you something else one of the daughters laughed and said no that’s not what he said. I Went in to grab a pizza with my ten year old boy,notice the restaurant was empty and two young girls working behind the counter.Ages no more than seventeen.When asked about the different size pizzas,the young girl taking the order got very defensive, aggressive and talking rudely and loudly only because I questioned the quality of the product that was being served. At that moment a man appeared from the back of the kitchen (Her father).I tried to explain to the man the situation.I noticed his english was very poor,The girl made the situation worse explaining to her father in own language He then blamed me for causing the problem. I have never left a review before, but my experience in that place has left me with a bitter taste. The service was horrible, the food look like it was out of date also the two young girls should not be working behind the counter serving customers with no experience. I will not be recommending this restaurant to (anybody) especially my family...

I ordered from here few times. Last time as others food was partially cooked this can cause death or food poisoning. When my husband called multiple times to speak with the lady who delivered the food and we are assuming shes the owner these ignorant arrogant people ignored us totally. Happy to take our money but totally ignore us. Avoid this place. You can find better food elsewhere. The man in the shop is extremely rude along with this staff. I don't know how these people stay in business serving up garbage. The rest of the reviews here are fake in terms of good food 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😋. That was the last time we order from here.
