A strong 4 stars overall for this small Lebanese style sandwich take away. They have dispensed with the dining in and you have to order from an iPad outside and there is no human interaction aside from when they hand you your order. Here’s what I liked; • Fair price point • Bread is made fresh to order • ‘Wrap’ was very tasty. Falafels crisp as I saw them fried. • Easy to order What I didn’t like; • It can be a cold wait whilst your food is prepared • Lack of human interaction and no thank you (for being a customer) when your food is handed over • Need to keep the ordering table cleaner • Being prompted to leave a tip! Do I recommend going? YES Was it good value? YES Will I go back again? YES Price point: $

We've been coming here for over a year, and it's by far the best place to eat lunch in Richmond if you're after something casual. The falafels are the best I've ever had - absolutely delicious, and everything is freshly made from scratch. Staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Seating space inside/outside. 2022 Edit: Yup, still the best. Prices have gone up a bit since when I posted my original review, but the food is as delicious as ever.

Super tasty food, although on the pricey side. I had the falafel wrap with hummus as an extra. My partner had the chicken wrap with hummus. It came to just over £17. Nevertheless, both wraps were really good. I liked that you can customise on the order screen. I added Lebanese slices and sumac to mine and herrissa mayo. You can't sit in to eat, but there are lots of benches around and Richmond Green is nearby.

Noticed this place when I met up with a mate for a pre-Xmas stroll around Richmond. Normally cycle straight past this short pedestrianised road on the way to Kew Bridge. Stopped off today to revel in the January Sun. Nifty ordering screen set up outside. Felafel formed the basis of my wrap, with all the salad options and harisa mayo and sesame seeds. Promptly served and well wrapped for takeaway. Strolled over to Richmond Green to eat it in the Sun. £6.50, seems a bit pricy, but it is Richmond! Possibly one of the healthiest options compared to the offerings from the chain cafes....

Not sure about this place but what I did enjoy was their fresh homemade bread, they use free ranged chicken, reasonable price and the mayo/garlic sauce was delicious. However their ‘spicy’ chicken wrap is basically just pulled plain chicken with some pickles, lettuce, garlic mayo and the seasoning is just spicy chilli powder which they put on top of the wrap - how boring is that?! The guy behind the counter looked pretty bored as well and didn’t smile once! I won’t be coming here again since it’s not an authentic Lebanese...
