Bella cafe — Restaurant in London

I visited this cafe as I needed to use the toilet to urinate, I have a health condition and a card to enable me to use toilets. When I entered the shop I politely asked the waitress if i could use the toilet, she refused in a rude manner, I asked to speak to the manager she said manager was not present. I showed her my card to prove i have a medical condition, she would not read and ignored me. At this time the manger who was sitting in the seating area approached me and told me that this is not a public toilet. At this point i was in excruciating pain and left the shop to find a shop who would allow me to use there toilet. I then went back to the shop to tell the manager that I totally understand the policy, the way the waitress spoke to me was unacceptable. I told him I have a medical Condition and a card to prove my conditin. He told me to go to the hospital and to get out of his shop. Which I did but i was very annoyed and embarrassed, when someone needs to use the toilet it's embarrassing to ask much less to be treated in this manner. I visited the cafe the previous week with my partner for the first time the week before, the staff on that day was very nice and allowed me to use the toilet 1 hour after leaving the cafe. Nice little cafe. The coffee was good quality coffee tasted great however the chicken and avocado panini was a total disappointment. It's a shame I was really looking for a regular cafe to have a sandwich and coffee.
