Rossi Bros — Restaurant in London

Visited today 25th August at approx 3pm. As I walked in I asked the lady at the counter if the cone ice cream machine was working and she gave me the most horrible look and reply saying "why, the cones are here" and pointed to the cones and looked at me like I was stupid which a disgusted look on her face. I said I only asked because a few weeks ago it wasnt working so I was walking by and checked if its working and if so I would get it. Her attitude was rude and not very professional at all. She even handed the ice cream over to me half melted. I use rossi alot and this particular lady always has a attitude every single time I attend i get some sort of attitude. She seems to select who she is nice to as I watched her while I was sitting having my ice cream!!! For this reason I will not return to this store again as its happened far too many times. She needs training or replacing. Have made my family and friends aware of this. They won't be coming aswell as they also comment on how rude she is to them too. Appalled to say the least. What a sad place this is compared to how it has been for most of my life. We have enjoyed Rossi’s as a family for over 40 years but it has gone downhill. They never brought back the ice cream fresh from the counter churn which was the best bit about it. Today we asked for a tub of ice cream and received one meagre scoop which barely covered the bottom of the tub. The family’s before us also complained of the same thing that a tub used to be a full tub but the staff would have none of it We understand prices for everything have gone up and if that’s driving it tell people. I have loved this ice cream parlour for a long time, the ice cream is always nice and service is always quick. However, when visiting yesterday, I was a little shocked by how the employ used their hands when scooping ice cream into my cone. This is the 2nd time this has happened. No gloves, napkin and as there was only one employ present, I'm assuming they are the ones taking cash with the same hands they're then holding cones with. I think all employees need to wear gloves when touching cones or at least a napkin, it's very unhygienic otherwise. They used to wear gloves but twice now I've visited and this same...
