Bianca Pizzeria Ristorante — Restaurant in London

Racially discriminated and clearly islamaphobic! My group and I consisted of five people and decided to give this restaurant a try and asked if the could eat in, but we were rudely dismissed by a waitress saying ‘no space’. We decided to walk around a bit and then came back after some diners have left and the waitress yet again ignored us at the door, so we decided to go in and ask and was told to leave. We asked why as there was clearly spaces available and some diners who were leaving even OFFERED to give us their table, but the waitress rudely rejected us yet again. We understand if the restaurant was following social distancing guidelines, but they weren’t as tables were not at all spaced out and there were families of 5 also. We looked around the place and noticed that the WHOLE restaurant was only occupied by white diners and me and my group are the only Asians. We felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against after we noticed this, as there could not have been any other reason for us to have been denied. Disgusting behaviour from the staff, but the other diners were so lovely and understood what was going on. Glad we didn’t spend our money in this...

One of mine and my boyfriend's favourite restaurants! The waitress (is she Bianca?!) has begun to recognise us whenever we come and can predict what we want to order. She even gave us limoncello as a treat once because we were coming so often! The food comes out in good time and is of very good quality. We love the carbonara, their veal milanese and their pizzas. There's a lovely chocolate fondant on the dessert menu as well. Price is probably what you'd expect to pay for an Italian in London (carbonara is around 10 pounds from memory). I was there for dinner with friend yday. The food was okay, but they had very poor wine-by-glass selection. The biggest issue for us was the waitress who was starring at us at all time. As soon i finished my meal ( even tho my friend was still eating ) my plate disappeared. And she kept walking around us what made us feel like we should just finish it quickly and leave. So we actually did. Did not feel comfortable at all time. Seeing cook grabbing our pasta by hand when putting on plate wasnt a tasty view. Maybe we were just unlucky but I'll not go...
