One of the nicest branches in London. We sometimes go there for their tasty desserts as I have sweet tooth 😅😅 We usually go to Kingston branch by the river which you get the beautiful view over the river as well, but this one, on the street and part of it is on the side walk which we sat on a sunny day. Very enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming (additional point to me and important ). We ordered the flatbread and yogurt olive dish, and donuts and hot drinks ( ordered green tea) and apple and cinnamon with ice cream 😋 As I am a taster( I am not, just love to try everything! 😅) I tried everything and I loved them all, specially both desserts were fresh made and all tasted homemade . Service was quick, despite being very busy, and they came and checked on us if we needed anything during 1 hour spent there. Happy with their food and service and branch. Recommend them definitely and we go back there again.

Always great food whichever branch you go! I've been going to their Brighton and then their Exeter branches for many years, and been to Soho, Richmond and Wimbledon just recently during the Eat Out To Help out promotions. They are very accommodating and flexible for those that have food allergies. They are also one of the places carrying on with Help Out To Help Out during September 2020 albeit only with dishes from a specific set menu which has shrunk down in size compared to what was offered during August. I found a starter that I really liked on the EOTHO set menu but wasn't listed on the main menu and wanted (was happy the forego the discount of ordering 2 or 3 courses from the set menu) to order a main dish from the main menu but they were unable to accommodate this request due to the fact that their computerised till system would say no, that is the only reason I give a 4/5 rating otherwise a great experience.

Really disappointed in our recent Bills experience....going for brunch and waited far too long for the bills brunch and eggs Benedict to arrive. So much so our two pots of tea had gone completely cold....and trying to get any assistance was almost impossible once the food had been plonked on our table.... Cold mushrooms, Luke warm chips, beans and black pudding. Not to mention rock hard streaky bacon ....I have tasted crispy bacon before but this was certainly not crispy anymore...The tomato was pretty tough and needed a steak knife to cut into....not great... The presentation wasn't the best, with the little sausage hiding underneath the toast and bacon... considering the price point you should be getting more than one sausage......and that one sausage was pretty bland tasting. Bills used to be a great place to grab food but it feels like from recent experiences it has lost its mojo...

I went here for lunch and it was absolutely amazing with perfect service especially from this lady called Niki, she was especially kinda and made me and my family feel comfortable. The food there was so good I started eating from my little brothers plate, I would recommend the steak as it’s tenderness was just perfect and the quality of the food was brilliant. I also really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant as it was located in a very respectful area and the interior was really nice and had a beautiful design looking like it had just been built. I have to give this restaurant 11/10 overall because it genuinely was my best meal I’ve had in a very long time, I am looking forward to coming back here to eat, and especially the service as it felt like I was at home. I loved niki as I have never felt this perfect service in my life, she had great communication skills, and this showed as she was even able to talk to my mum perfectly and my mum has a very big accent. She also was very welcoming as when I entered she decided to recommend the steak which I did not regret as it was perfect, she is a lovely lady and I will be looking forward to see her again at the restaurant, and I can’t forget about the others but overall the service...
