Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere, also dog and child friendly, but it’s a small space so usually quiet. Love getting Too Good to Go at this location as I get a lot of value out of my purchase. My photo is 2 TGTG bags! 1) Absolutely love the chocolate cake (very indulgent and big slice); 2) especially the carrot cake (generous chunky walnut topping)! 3) Cinnamon roll could use some more cinnamon sugar mixture but I’m a fan of the salt on top. 4) The halloumi and tomato sandwich is amazing! Would recommend that for vegetarians and anyone that enjoys a simple sandwich, note: tomato is firm, halloumi is grilled :)

Pretty cool place to have brunch. We went at about 1pm on a Saturday and it was full but we’re able to get a table within a few mins. Service is friendly . Pretty unique menu in the sense that they have lots of options including full English , royale , Benedict and florentine. They also have omelettes , bagels and breakfast skillets which are quite unique . I had the veg skillet and it was very tasty. They also sell coffee and baked goods for a quick stop and takeaway. The main seating is in a fully heated and covered garden out the back.

Very lovely cosy café in the heart of Greenwich. They have many delicious options for brunch. I loved their tomato mozarella pesto bagel served with a side of salad. The matcha quality here was very decent. We came here mainly because of the good reviews about the carrot cake but I didn't like it much, it was too sweet and with a strong cinnamon flavor. They have an outdoor area as well in the backyard. Dogs are allowed. The latte art was beautiful! Next time we're in London we would love to come back here again.

We had the mushrooms, avocado, a brownie, butter croissant, pain au chocolat, and coffees, and can I just say, the experience was ridiculous. The brownie is like a soft, gooey block of chocolate, the croissant perfectly crisp and flaky yet soft and buttery inside, the mushrooms were decadent (I usually find mushrooms a bit of a sad side at cafes, these were scrumptious, tangy and creamy and seasoned perfectly), the coffee was fully flavoured and perfect temperature, and the pain au chocolat? Oh boy. Soft, custardy inside that helped spread the chocolatey-ness throughout, crispy outside...we burst out laughing is disbelief.

To be nitpicky (to make this review believable), the avocado might have benefitted from a little more seasoning. But why focus on that when you're faced with the best French pastries this side of the channel...and far better coffee?

Also pet friendly, our dog was so warmly welcomed, and delivered a fresh bowl of water before we even had a chance to ask. These folks know what...

THE BEST COFFEE around town, hands down! As antipodeans, my partner and I are usually disappointed with the coffee in London, so we were delighted to discover this local, independent, family-run cafe with consistently amazing coffee. They also offer delicious baked goods and bagel/sourdough sandwiches all freshly pre-made in-house each day, as well as a lovely dine-in menu to enjoy out the back covered garden for when we are out of lockdown/higher tiers. I love that they make an effort to be sustainable, using compostable coffee cups and lids, etc, and they are also pet friendly! The staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming, and they have stayed open for takeaway the entire time during COVID which has been such a blessing. Pick up a coffee and treat from Black Eye on your way to Greenwich Park and your day will certainly...

Disappointed with our visit. Despite some good reviews it certainly didn’t live up to it. We ordered and were left without food for over 30mins, so long that another staff member came to take our order thinking we hadn’t ordered! Even more baffling was people who had been seated after us seemed to get their food first. I had the Boston Beans, which for the nearly £14 was very underwhelming. I was expecting homemade baked beans, not just beans from a can with some herbs and spices thrown in. If there was any pulled pork in it I certainly couldn’t find it! One slice of toast wasn’t really enough either. My partner had Eggs Royal, which for the most part was ok, although sauce wasn’t very warm. Had high hopes but was sadly left very...
