What can I say? I grew up on Christchurch lane, my muckers and I used this cafe back in the 90s, so I have very fond memories of this place.

Fast forward a few years later and I’m taking my partner and two boys (5 and 3 years old) to the very place I used to go.

It did not disappoint, yes I’ve moved on to poached eggs and avocado usually but the full English breakfast was delicious, the options were brilliant and cooked to perfection. The price was actually too cheap in my opinion for what we had, I’ll be happy to pay more for that quantity and quality of food.

The lady that was working there, was so lovely, on her own taking orders and cooking but done everything with care and passion.

I do love a cafe and this is the best one I’ve been in for years, I will definitely be going back.

I highly...

Great atmosphere, the staff was really nice as well, and the portions are quite big and completely homemade (including hollandaise sauce etc.). Quite affordable, especially given the portion size.

However I feel like the dishes where generally lacking in seasoning and fat: butter / salt for the omelette, and the hollandaise felt too liquid / not properly emulsified. Only writing this because it's a shame as just a few simple adjustments could really make this a fantastic breakfast place. It remains a pretty solid option though so don't be deterred by my review to...

This cafe was recommended when we stayed at the Pelton Arms. I'm so glad we decided to stop in! The cafe is en route to the train Station anyway so it wasn't out of the way. The two ladies running the place were lovely and friendly and the prices were great for the amount of beautiful food you got. Everything was made from scratch and we could see them prepping the lunch menu as we ate. The cafe was meticulously clean and the food was amazing. I'd happily visit again and if I was local I'd...

Never been before. Nice welcoming place and seems to be a small family business which I love to support. Had a really delicious English Breakfast that filled us up for the day. And the coffee was perfect too. All the food coming out looked wonderful, and judging by the smiles it obviously tasted good. Nice to be out of the tourist rush in Greenwich, so walking ten minutes to this place was well worth it. Will I go back when next in the area? Most certainly!

My boyfriend took me here for the first time and it will not be our last! The customer service and the food was 10/10. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere and the food was sooo delicious!!! My boyfriend had a full English and I had the breakfast wrap/burrito - honestly 10/10 can’t recommend enough :) God bless you guys! Also, it’s not too pricey at all - great value for money - for both our breakfasts and 2x teas it was about £20 altogether.
