I have been a regular for many years frequenting the hut at least once a week, but as of late i have seen the atmosphere change, prices have gone up i wouldn't mind that if the quality reflected this, i have had foreign foods in the bottom of my tea and have had to throw the whole thing in the trash, some daytime staff are not very friendly and have been seen sleeping, i have heard one memeber of staff slag of bikers, i find this odd as anytime i go that seems to be their main customer base, outside of bike night i always see bikers there having a tea and a chin wag come rain, snow or shine. I have seen rodents running from under the edges of the hut, and nothing ever seems to be done, think that is quite disgusting considering the nature of thier business, i have noticed they have a chemical toilet unsettlingly close to food storage, and that male staff are not allowed to use, that is a disgusting way to yreat your staff, what ever has chaged behind the scenes has had a negative impact on the staff as they dont seem as full of life as they once were. If it wasn't for a small handful of night staff and the people i meet at bike night (not organised or provided by hut or its staff) i would not...

Note: no card machine, bring...

I question how you got your food hygiene certificate as clearly you had NO IDEA what gluten free bread was & after dismissing my requests for sandwich fillings (because you wouldn’t fit it in the GF bread rolls I provided) I had to ask you what I was allowed! Your customer service was non-existent & your “gluten free jobbies” (reference to my rolls) were greasy & awful. I used to love this...
